Had a late night dinner from here last Saturday night, I picked up my order drove home 35 min away and when I got home my food was still delicious, the girl who helped me was very helpful to me and my husband who didn't know what he wanted, our order was done was sooner than I had expected, they literally packed me everything I would need, we could've sat in our car and ate the burger and wings we orders and would've ate so comfortable if we wanted to that's how good my to go order was packed. We go to get a table the staff says it will be 30-45 minutes to sit, so we leave and come back. When we come back we are sat in the main dining area that smells bad. There are dishes stacked on two tables.. I'm not sure if they were behind on dishes but it was gross to seat people by it. Then we order our food, our waiter was friendly, not very timely after initially taking our order, but that's okay. I had asked him what was on the ultimate nachos with chicken he told me cheese, queso, chicken, Pico de Gallo, and jalapeños. When my order arrived all I received was chips with cheese and queso. I asked him if there was going to be chicken on it. He said yes, then went to ask kitchen staff. He came back and said they told him no, so I opened up the menu and read back what the product description was. He brought chicken in a paper bowl to put on top of my now cold nachos... no Pico de Gallo or jalapeños. You can see they're pretty dry looking. But I didn't want to bother the waiter anymore. Then my sister had ordered wings. She found a piece of plastic in her wings right as she was going to take a bite. You will see that pictured below. I understand places are opening and understaffed right now. But there wasn't a lot of customers. I work at a different restaurant in Visalia so me and a few co workers went in after a shift wearing our work uniforms and were treated poorly by a server by the name of Serina. After we were sat down it took approximately 20 minutes before we were helped for just our drink order and when it came time to order one of my co workers asked her if she was recently in our restaurant and she then was hostile against my co worker. We then began to get up to leave and she then got a manager to ask us to leave and after speaking with the manager he agreed there was no reason for her to kick us out of the restaurant. read more

Bdubs what can i say as a high school student i can say that you guys have the beset wings in the world. It will certainly fill you appetite with a good source of food. The service is amazing the waiters are always respectful and make sure everything is fine. They always add the right amount of sauces on the wings as well a the fries WAY better then wing stop. If you don't buy their wings are you even good bro? If you choose wing stop instead of Buffalo Wild Wings what are you even doing Wing stop add way to much sauce compared to Bdubs they add just the right amount. yes, Bdubs is expensive but i rather pay for better wings then instead of going to Wing stop. Never been to BWW before, wanted to go watch the baseball game, Arrived at 7pm and waited more than two solid hours the hostess was rude when we asked about how long it would take and and there were plenty of empty tables, people coming out after eating and people being seated after we had checked in and started waiting. Finally got seated and the waiter was nice but when we asked for certain items he said they were out and then we saw the item as we were leaving. The burger was not edible, never have seen a burger patty so thin and black. They had no ketchup. Wanted to tell the manager that Target sells ketchup. On a Tuesday night at 7:45, they couldn't accommodate my family of 8. They told me they couldn't seat parties bigger than 5. (It wasn't busy at all.) So I told them to split us up and they continued to say they can't sit us next to each other and we wouldn't eat at the same time but they could still do that. So if all 8 of of are still going to eat there just at different tables why can't you sit us together??? Doesn't really make sense. I can say that I love the Asian zing boneless wings, their fries, the fact that they are open late and most of the time the service is friendly, but that's about all I like about dining here. They are way overpriced, and the non happy hour drinks are ridiculously over priced. We came here for a friends birthday, and ordered copious amounts of wings and drinks. When we told our waitress that it was our friends birthday she informed us that management had not only increased prices but they also no longer offer the complementary birthday dessert because they are cutting costs as much as possible. Sad that you charge so much for wings and drinks, and can't even offer a tiny piece of dessert to loyal customers. Not impressed with the wings. I've tasted better wings at a Chinese restaurant. The only thing they have going for them is the sauces. The teriyaki sauce was great but my wings were dry, tough, & over cooked. My husband got the boneless wings & those were much better. I will order those if I come back. Our waitress was nice, helpful & had a lot of tattoos. The manager also was helpful & offered a taste test on the sauces. They offer military discount when asked, so go them. read more

The quality of food and service at this place has been declining since the day it opened. Today was the last straw. $50 later... for cold food, and a single serving of beverages. That wasn't even the worst of it - our uber-weird waitress literally pulled a chair from another table to ours, sat down, and asked "can I take your order, it's loud in here?" There was a long wait but it was not as long as they quoted. The server was really polite. The food however was awful. All we ordered was the Sampler Platter which came with wings, nachos, cheese sticks, onion rings and 3 sauces. When the food finally showed up there was bbq sauce in all the other sauces, and nacho cheese on almost everything. As for the nachos themselves the cheese was cold and congealed and the the chips were soggy. On top of all that the music was annoying because the bass was so high you could hardly hear the person next to you. And yet somehow you could not hear the words to the songs. I would also cringe every time someone came over the speaker to announce a birthday because it was so loud it hurt. This was all very annoying because this is our favorite place to go because we love playing the trivia games. Me and my friend walk in and begin to wait to be seated and no one is around this was about lunch time. Finally a worker spotted us after about 5 mins and tells us it's self seating. We are told the "rewards system was down" but whatever so we finally order and our food comes on one tray. We received no plates or napkins until like 10 minutes into eating and we had to ask. We also were waiting for refills on our drinks but we never got them. We also were waiting for our waitress to give us our check and she never came to our table so we decided to pay in the front but they said no your waitress has to charge you so we start waiting again and after waiting for a long time we just guessed the amount and left just ridiculous. I should have looked at the reviews before I ordered from this place. What a joke! I made a delivery order for BOGO Thursday. In addition to the wings, I ordered veggies which come with ranch and some additional wing sauce flavors on the side to try for possible future flavored orders. The ranch for the veggies was delivered, but no veggies and no wing sauces. I called them and explained what happened and the young man I spoke with was very polite and apologized...(kudo's there), but that was it. It's not a lot of money out of my pocket, but if this is a regular occurrence and they're doing this to other delivery customers, they're making bank because it's not enough money to argue over. read more

I love this Buffalo Wild Wings. It's about 45 minutes from my house but definitely worth the trip. Fast and friendly service, delicious wings and fried pickles! And my drink is never empty! They don't pressure to tip, which I find very humble considering I work at a restaurant and the waitresses I work with always hover on the tip subject....but I always tip my waitress generously because they're doing really well here! Came in late on a Sunday night. Their was a group of 7 of us. Took a seat at a table by the bar. We had a disabled veteran in our group who had grabbed himself an unused chair from the bar because it had a backrest that helped alleviate his pain. Bartender Shawn decided even tho their was nobody as his bar, that coming to our table and taking the backrested chair away from our disabled friend was the best course of action. His explanation " these chairs are for people that sit at MY BAR". This wouldn't have been a problem if his bar was full and needed seats, but their were only 3 guys at the bar and they were all standing and had pushed their chairs away from the bar already. Long story short, the wings were good. Our waitress heather was on point and deserves 5 stars. But the pain my buddy had to suffer due to Shawn not allowing us to use one of the discarded backrest chair, as well as the attitude he had about it is the reason me or anyone else in our group will not be returning to the Visalia BWW. read more
