I'm not understating why there's Low Ratings for this spot!? Tahoe Joe's has been great Every time we went?? FOOD: --We got the 2/$78 special they have going on! Appetizers, 2 Meal/ A side & Soup or salad, &Dessert! --Bread rolls at seating... (they were busy and I had to ask for the bread, but I didn't mind lol was just curious if they still offered it) OUR PICKS 1 APPETIZER: Crab cakes, some of the best we've had 2 MEALS we ordered-- with a side & soup or salad) + A Dessert (Pie) I got, Prime Rib with a dipping sauce, vegetable rice pilaf + clam chowder were both good as well! The chowder could have been heated a little more.. I like Mine like it just came out the pot , so preference. Husband got, Joes Steak with Mountain Mashers (potatoes ) + Green Beans + side Cesar salad.. All so good together. BOTH STEAKS WERE SO FLAVORFUL! Dessert (Get the Lemon Supreme) yummm And my husband also got a Free cheesecake for his BIRTHDAY.. that also came with a candle & an amazing quote from a Great Server! We got the cheesecake 2GO, but it didn't make it in our 2GO bag. yummm All was great for us folks! We had no complaints about the food. **if I had any complaint at all.. it would be that it was a little chilly I forgot a jacket, so *Ladies.. Bring a light sweater /jacket!** -- & If you don't like something folks, SPEAK UP.. it's a Steak House.. you're paying $$ for a good meal.. most places will be happy to fix it if they can!-- Big Thank You to our sweet waitress (Ashley G) for another great experience at Tahoe Joes! Can't wait to come back!

Ordered their thanksgiving meal for the first time and it did NOT disappoint!! A week later and we are still finishing it!! The most surprising and exciting thing was their cranberry sauce was fresh whole cranberries with orange zest!! I'm the only one that likes cranberry sauce and I have put it on everything from stuffing to chicken pineapple pizza from dominos!! The manager Deneka (sorry of spelled wrong) was amazing and compassionate during the ordering process and pickup. Food was fantastic and a bargain. Military discount as well!!

I wish there were a way to post 2 separate ratings one for food and one for service. All week I was looking forward to celebrating my retirement at Tahoe Joe's, so I was a little frustrated when it did not live up to expectations. That food did not disappoint. I give the food a 10/10. My steak was cooked to perfection the sides were perfectly seasoned. If I do eat here again, I'll order out. My waitress was friendly hence the 2 stars, but I had to ask for the brunch menu, I had to ask someone to take my order because my waitress was busy talking to coworkers. She did check on me once after my food was delivered but someone else refilled my drink for me. I thought of timing her to see how much time she spent chatting but figured that was a bit excessive and to just note it in my review. Update: gave it a second chance: I had the potato soup which was very creamy and had few actual potato chunks in it. The onion straws were the best part of the meal. Crisp and served with horseradish and bbq sauce. My pasta had no flavor to it just aldente pasta. I took it home and added Alfredo sauce. The artichoke chunks were bite size but only 2 of them in the whole dish. The chicken was cooked thoroughly but again no flavor. What a disappointment again!

What worked: -- servers and staff were all very kind -- there's decent menu variety and something for everyone to enjoy -- the music and vibe inside was a nice mix of busy yet intimate, it's a great place for a date or fancy night out What didn't work: -- I think this is likely due to it being Valentines Day, but the service was pretty spotty. Servers almost gave us someone else's food twice and it took a while for our food to get to our table. -- my dish (shrimp primavera) could have had a little more going for it! The pasta and veggies could have been a little more seasoned (and I would have loved more veggies), and the shrimp was waaaaay too salty, it was difficult to eat it all. It definitely wasn't a bad dish but a few small tweaks could have made it really wonderful Overall, I'd come here again! I think this might have just been an off night and I'd love to return to try some of their other dishes. The environment was a pleasant one to be in and I enjoyed the meal (and, of course, the company).

Unfortunately their specialty cocktails weren't included but they were reasonably priced regardless. *Artichoke, Spinach, and Cheese Dip: had a grainy, chunky texture made predominantly from the artichoke. There needed a better mixer and creamy element. The flavors resembled a thick pesto. The toasted bread was the best part. *Spicy Calamari: nicely fried but a tad too salty. Would have appreciated a lemony component to cut through the grease. *Garlic Fries: thicker cut with slight crisp. They were garlicky but the Parmesan left a strange aftertaste. *Green Tea Shot: pleasantly fruity and the pour was generous. The service was friendly and we look forward to when they'll hold music nights again. Ultimately the drinks tasted better than the food. Although not perfect, the pricing makes Sebby's the ideal post work spot. I hope Sebby's hones in their flavors and textures they're aiming for so then people can come for the food too.

There were two options: the full experience rodizio or the salad bar and side dishes only. However, when we were seated, we were immediately told the instructions for the full experience. Personally I would only do the full experience as the salad bar wasn't varied or tasty enough for the $34.95 price tag. The salad bar and hot foods were on the mushier side. I wished the sauces were formatted in a different format as the chimichurri sauce was very far from the edge. Hence, there was a high risk of cross contamination and spillage. The mustard pasta salad was bland and limp. The potato salad fared a similar dull taste and resembled a starchy lump. The tomatoes were grainy and dry. The pao de queijo was disappointedly under the ray of death so they weren't too hot nor crispy. I wished my party got to experience fresher baskets of bread. =FULL EXPERIENCE= We were told that there were 17 available meats but we only experienced some of them. However, we enjoyed how we got to taste them when they were hot and cooked perfectly. *Picanha: one of my favorites. The fat cap was rendered and seasoned well. The meat was medium rare, tender and juicy. This had the greatest beef flavor. *Chicken with Bacon: the chicken was tender but the bacon had a stronger smokey flavor. The bacon shone more than the chicken. *Pork Belly: my other favorite piece. There were bits of fat dispersed throughout so it was moist and flavorful. There was subtle crispiness from the fat browning. *Spicy Linguica: the spice was subtle and the casing gave a satisfying snap. The interior was juicy but it was on the saltier side. *Pork Ribs: surprisingly tender and fall of the bone. The sauce was a sweeter barbeque and the ribs were on the wetter side. There wasn't any smokiness, char or caramelization but the flavors and texture were still good. *Peppered Steak: on the tougher side but still oozed out meaty juice. *Garlic Steak: similar to the peppered steak only saltier. The garlic flavor wasn't very prominent and this piece left me thirsty. I would have preferred a garlic sauce as opposed to the concentrated garlic powder taste. *Tri Tip: the best option for a leaner cut. The meat was tender and juicy. This was similar in flavor to the picanha but without the fattiness. *Grilled Cinnamon Pineapple: the cinnamon hardened around the pineapple, offering a satisfying crunch followed by a gush of sweet fruitiness. The simplistically made this my favorite rendition from a Brazilian steakhouse. This was a great meal ender despite us getting flan afterwards. *NY Strip: this was a daily special. This was a leaner cut so the beefiness was prominent but I preferred the other meats with more fat. =A LA CARTE= Not included in the all you can eat experience. *Mojito: refreshing and citrusy. There was a good amount of alcohol included. *Pudim: great way to end the meal. The Brazilian flan was dense and creamy. There was a thin layer of caramel sauce on top but it wasn't too sweet. The portion size was nicely shareable between two people. Unfortunately, they didn't bring out the shrimp until we were full so we didn't get to try it. Otherwise the service was consistent and attentive. Our server even asked about which meats were our favorites so they could bring them back out for us. There were multiple groups celebrating birthdays and they brought out their staff to sing happy birthday. During an all you can eat experience, good service is the lifeline and this was some of the best service I've received. The ambiance was stellar and this was my favorite dining experience in the Central Valley. The meats blew the salad bar and sides out of the water so I would return just for that. Although this was a pricier option, the quality and service were 5 stars.

It's frustrating because I truly respect how much gratitude this business shows toward veterans, but with how expensive the bill was, the food should be prepared far better. It was surprisingly delicious. The Betsy Ross was solid and classic, with Thousand Island sauce--tasty, though nothing particularly standout. The Calamity Jane was the clear winner for me; the combination of sautéed onions, barbecue sauce, and mushrooms was absolutely spot-on. We also upgraded our side to clam chowder. It had great flavor, though it was a bit thicker than I prefer--not a dealbreaker by any means. Service really made the experience shine. Paula was phenomenal--attentive, friendly, and quick to check in on us and keep everything running smoothly. Overall, this is a great spot for lunch with friends or coworkers. Since it's right on Main Street, parking can be a bit tricky, so I'd recommend using a nearby public lot and taking a short walk over.
