Every time I do DoorDash from this location there are incorrect items in my order or things just flat out missing. Thankfully I can be refunded from DoorDash. I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. My boyfriend and I ordered dinner online at 5:38 our order said it would be ready at 6:10. I walked in and the girls at the counter were on their cellphones with earphones in not worried about a thing. It took about 5 minutes for them to acknowledge me and other customers in line. When I was finally acknowledged I told them my name And they didn't have a clue, then she looked down at the printer and realized she never placed my order! I understand mistakes happen so I just sat down and waited... I didn't get my order for over an hour. It was busy but not to the extent that there should be that much chaos. When we finally got our order it was cold, but at that point we were just ready to leave and go home to eat. We get home to our HOT wings and realize they didn't give us any ranch like we asked for! So we had to go to the local grocery store to get some. This restaurant is great but this location is absolutely terrible. Awful service, negligence, and people who just don't care about their job. My first time trying the food. The staff were pleasant, and courteous. Acknowledged my presence upon entering. So we proceeded to ask for the manager and the servers said he didn't want to come out due to the fact that his female parts were hurting and he was attempting to learn how to shove a tampon up is private parts. We quickly learned that the manager in the back had actually called their city's finest law enforcement officers to the scene to escort us out of the restaurant for committing no wrong doing and even though no BWW employee never once told us to exit the restaurant. Pretty good service so far! It's still brand new after only opening last Monday. It wasn't super packed on Opening day but it was when the weekend came! There was even some drama outside in the parking lot, but that's definitely to be expected. Look where it's located.. Lol.. No shade, ALL TRUTH! I visited on opening day and a few days later.. Don't judge me, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the fried pickles!! Opening day, we did have a slight snag in service as we sat at a table in the bar area and didn't get any attention until about after a good 15 almost 20 mins. Major thumbs down.. Then... Finally, one of the guys behind the bar spotted us and came to take our drink orders. Thank God! He was very efficient and got right on it making our drinks. Btw, they have a few new drinks which are REALLY delicious! One is the Frozen Blue Hawaiian and the other is Bourbon Blueberry Whiskey, so yummy! We didn't really try any foods other than our normal fried pickles and wings so the food tasted like any other BWW that you've visited. I do hope they get some other new food menu items to be able to try, but on the other hand- they are called Buffalo Wild Wings! The experience I had with Buffalo Wild Wings take out was HORRIBLE. My order was pretty simple; wings and an appetizer. No special requests ! I sat around for 45 minutes waiting for my food when the host told me it would take 15 minutes. Instead of going to the kitchen to check on my order, the host decided to take a personal call ! (I wasn't the only customer by the way) when I finally asked where my food was, they pulled it out from behind the register. A customer will not return to make a purchase when staff selectively closes early. This place doesn't even deserve one star. I'm starting to think that good service is non existent in Maryland. When I arrived it was seemingly empty. He came over and I requested a menu. He looked at me and said "oh u don't have a menu" I said no. A menu is a visible item that he could see that I didn't have one in my presence. My food eventually arrives of course my wings aren't all flats, my salad looks okay, my drink is still missing and I have nothing to eat with. I asked my server for my drink and a fork and she says okay. I never received either. I had to request to see the manager just to get a fork. The hostess was short and dismissive- something I wouldn't have noticed otherwise until I saw how she acted whenever any men came in- she turned the charm on then! Super friendly and flirty...when she wasn't eating at the hostess both or running around with the security guard. Our waitress was slow and disappeared for 20+ minutes, returning only to tell us our food was on the way...then came back ten minutes later with lukewarm food. Again- they weren't busy and it appeared that all the waitress would disappear around the same time and seemed more interested in each other than their customers.
