I came here for happy hour with my friend because this place has some of the best motts sticks :). Not sure how like the service works during happy hour because when we were at the tables by the bar no one came to us. Bar was kinda packed already but no worries we squeezed in somewhere and it still kinda took awhile to order. That's my only complaint. They didn't have the blue king island, just the green and I tried the non truly drink- that was less sweet than the green drink. Chicken sandwich was solid, friend enjoyed his tacos so overall a good visit. Just wish there was better service to enjoy happy hour. Love that there's a ton of parking. read more

One of the worst BWW experiences I've had. You walk in and the speakers are blaring music like it's a Saturday at the club. Literally could not hear my friend talking right next to me. Food I would not know sat in my seat for 40 min didn't even get acknowledged. Atmosphere is ok besides the girl in street clothes walking into the back. At least football is on I can watch free tv. I even had the bartender point at me and said i am not her table this is the table the servers normally sit at. It seems as though you have to ask to get service. The order app is trash the automatic charge gratuity but the staff not doing anything they don't even say hello to you.... Either let them know you want something or you sit there. This was the absolute worst experience you could think of. First of all, they've switched to having customers place their orders via a QR code, which isn't a problem. They basically had 1 waiter/server working the entire floor. Needless to say, getting the waiter's attention for anything was tough. It took like 10 minutes to get water, napkins, and silverware. One of the guests in my party ordered the endless boneless wings. They brought his first 10 wings out, and 30 minutes later, he got the next 6 wings. Definitely would not recommend ordering the endless wings from this location. Don't get me started on the dry and stale fries and tater tots that they brought us. One of our orders was missing celery and carrots, and again it took 10 minutes for the waiter to bring it out. Looking around the restaurant, tables were left dirty for over 15 minutes after other parties had finished their meals. All in all, I'm telling anyone I know to never order food from here especially if you're dining in. Anything that you could think of wrong is actually wrong here. I ordered some food online and when I went to pick it up I did not receive the queso I ordered and when I looked in my order of onion rings they looked half eaten being there were only a few small rings and 1 big one. So I walked back into the restaurant and a lady who I'm guessing to be the manager came out and said the onion are weighed and there is nothing she could do. Got a gift card for Buffalo Wild Wings and decided I would use it today. I came in placed my order and the gift card was declined. They've had this problem with the system for a while not reading gift cards and refused to fix it. Manager wouldn't even speak with me. Unfortunately when the young man explained the situation to him about 2 ft away from me at the register he walks away and then summons the young man over to tell him to tell me. It sucks there are no good bar and grill places near FedEx field but you would be better off getting a 6 pack from a liquor store and McDonalds than coming here... at least your food would be hot. The wings were dry, very dry. I thought I was chewing on wood. We had regular buffalo wings, lemon parmesan, and the mango habanero wings. Twenty wings in total, and an order of fries. Spacious, clean area, self seating, and wonderful servers make this a nice place to go. My food was okay, but nothing outstanding. Given what I ordered, I had to remember where I was, so I should not have expected any more. They have lots of tvs, which is nice for sitting and watching games. Worst visit ever!!! It took forever for anyone in the restaurant to even acknowledge us. We stood at the front like the sign said for someone to seat us an no one ever came. The restaurant was not packed so it was disturbing that so many employees walked past me without saying a word. We decided to just go and sit at the bar area where we were still ignored. After a while my boyfriend got up to find someone and ask if we can get our order taken. The young lady that took our order was helpful. Our server didn't come back to the table to bring my drink like she said after she dropped off the food. After a while, another server walked by and I told her the issue and ask her to get my server. I came here for a quick drink with my boyfriend. Ended up having 2 margaritas, an order of street tacos and a bbq grilled chicken sandwich. I only have had the street tacos before. So I've been here a few time there are times where they don't have a hostess at all to even get a table. It was one time we sat in the bar area and was told we could be served and had to wait back at the front til a table open but no one was at the front to begin with and we had already been seated for 20 minutes. I would only go at time when it slow. They tend to have drink on the menu that this location can't make so I've missed out on trying g limited time drinks. Food: I ordered a beer & the Ultimate Nachos. The chicken was very dry like it had been reused or sitting under a heat lamp all day. Some were even too hard to chew! I had to order two sides of queso just to eat them. It pissed me off that I was charged for the queso, since the nachos had hardly any queso on them! My friend order a margarita that tasted like straight sour mix, mini corn dogs and fries. The corn dogs & margarita came out right away. The fries took over 30 minutes. But we're so worth the wait. Couldn't tell you if the food is good. Called about 30+ minutes before closing and was told they weren't taking anymore phone orders. Since I was staying at the hotel directly behind this location I decided to walk over and order inside. Walked into about 4 or 5 tables possibly enjoying their food. Bartender was almost done cleaning her bar. Multiple waitresses were sitting at high top tables doing nothing. Asked the bartender if I was able to place an order and a girl from one of the tables turned around and said "We're closed," then turned back around. Mind you, there was still nearly 30 minutes until closing. So, at my last attempt to order some Buffalo Wild Wings, I called the next nearest location about 13 minutes away, and was asked if I could be there in 10 minutes. I responded "13," and was told I have 17 minutes until they close so I should be good. Ridiculous that I had to drive to a further location when one was located walking distance from me... When I returned about 30 minutes later, there were multiple employees dispersing from a conversation, so I'm not really sure what the rush was to close down. Anyway, we witnessed a nice little fist fight amongst their employees from our window the other night! Very entertaining, but what a joke! Definitely don't recommend this location. read more

Management here has decided they will not accept phone orders. You have to logon to a website to make an order which is ridiculous and not feasible while driving. Adding to this, the website and app seem to ALWAYS not be functional. This is the only BWW I have ever encountered that is actively pushing away customers because they won't allow you to call them and place an order. Additionally, the customer service at this Capitol Heights location has got to be the absolute bottom of the barrel, from the manager all the way down to the person missing from the front desk. Here is a message to whoever owns this franchise location: you would be a lot more profitable I'd wager with a complete overhaul of your phone policy and staff. read more

I understand that we have a large party, but if a sever is incompetent and not able to handle the large party, maybe management should step in and make sure they do not get any others tables. We came here as our first group outing as An organization. This was the worst mistake ever!!! We waited literally 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Seeing that service is going to be extremely slow, although we arrived right before 3 PM, I chose to order appetizers for the table. That was the best decision ever. Everybody at the table for the most part ordered traditional wings along fries, celery. Sadly, the fries came out cold, and the celery never came. It took a manager to bring out my four pieces of celery at the end of my bill which I put it into a Togo box. We tried to be empathetic on many levels, but the service was HORRIBLE. Every time I've come to this location I've had good service from the male bartender. I forget his name but he is always on top of things. I have only dined in the regular seating one time and it was not very good service so that's the reason for a 4 instead of 5 Star. read more
