Not impressed. When we lived in Washington state I was told our city had the worst of the restaurants in the chain. They must have over looked this location. Son and I ordered food. Pretzels and wings. Pretzels come out with this weird crap on top of them and were dark colored. Little weird color but the salt/mix just didn't add up. The wings, like other BWW locations, were not tossed right and didn't have full coating of sauce. Fries came out with no seasoning at all. Everything but the pretzels came out only warm and not hot. Like the food was waiting several or 10 minutes to be delivered. Server was slow. Food arrived the wings were hardly coated in wing sauce? Are we having sauce shortage in America? We asked for our wings to be tossed again. They were but items we requested didn't come back with the poorly re-tossed wings and the wings are now cold! We had to ask our server for utensils, salt, napkins, and on and on. We asked for a hockey game to be shown and despite the multiple TVs wasn't. I even told the server the actual channel. Nope, no, never! Pac-12 women's volleyball on multiple televisions was more important I guess. This location wins! As the most poorly led, caring, or (add your own adjective) location for BWWs for which we have ever visited. We only visited it because it was open past 10 PM. If other restaurants were open later we would have probably have passed it up. read more

My daughter and I have been coming to BWW's for close to 10 years. We come here because she loves, or should I say loved the mini corn dogs. I found out today the corp. Office has decided to phase them out!!! This is very frustrating. Yes, i get its a bit silly, but I come her because my daughter loves them. We will now be taking our business to BJ's or Red Robin. Yes, the wings are good, beer is cold, but I can get wings, and cold beer anywhere. Oh well. I've been ordering take out almost weekly from here since April amid all of the covid stuff. I started driving to this location despite being further and out of delivery range after several horrible delivery experiences from the closer one. They've been good with the mask stuff, they usually have sanitizer at the door, the employees that work the pickup counter at the front always have good attitudes, even on busy sundays. Tonight it was cold and icy after it snowed and before I got out of my car to pick up my food the manager was at my window and walking orders out to cars. I've never had an order wrong, and the employees here are nice and seem to care about their restaurant and their customers. I'm going to keep coming here as much as I can especially while things are shut down. They deserve it. read more

I am new to the area and stopped in for a beer and wings on Thursday evening. I sat at the bar as I was alone and didn't want to take up a table. The bar was busy as the NHL playoffs games were on and lots of hockey fans in the bar. Haven't been here since my last review. Wish I could say it was worth the $92 but it was NOT. Got there sound 4pm on a Friday, sat at the bar with some great bartenders who did remember us from when we used to be regulars. Ordered our beers, then some chips/queso. The menu does not state there is chili with beef in the queso which we would have preferred it not be but let it go and ate it. Then ordered out to go, our bartender was great and got everything right, extra crispy wing, cauliflower wings and extra ranch along with everything else we ordered. This was NOT about service it was all about food, it just tasted weird, not good at all and for extra crispy wings you would think there wouldn't be any blood vessels but I guess I'm wrong. The ranch, gross! It is not the same it used to be. The only thing good was the crispy onion rings and potato wedges. Buffalo Wild Wings has great food and nice staff but their system is mayhem. I was seated on a busy night fairly quickly for a party of two which was nice. Once seated we were not even approached for at least 20 minutes. When we finally were our, waitress who was serving us was not even assigned to our section, she just noticed we hadn't been helped since we were seated. She was the only person the entire night helping us, even though she was visibly busy and we had the manager helping at the tables surrounding us. Unfortunately even through her kindness my partners beer order was wrong as well as his food order. I do not blame the waitress since we were not even in her section and she was slammed. Hooters charges a cover fee for the UFC fights, while BWW does not. That motivated us to dine in, but the wings say so otherwise. I noticed the volume of people enjoying the fight, very crowded, and a 30 minute wait. Jessica was our greeter and I thought she was fantastic! We sat in a quiet, alone table for two by the sliding doors of the kitchen crew. Our server was incredibly nice, though I forgot his name!! I vowed to remember it ugh, I'll call yo ask. UPDATE: His name was Mario!! I was stoked to try the appetizer sampler Platter with onion rings, wings, Mozzarella cheesy sticks, tater tots etc., but skipped right into the main entrees. I received the 12 piece Asian Zinc and Mango Habanero boneless chicken wings for $10.99 with a side of ranch or blue cheese dipping. So half and half. The Asian Zinc wings went perfect with the blue cheese, but the mango habanero wings tasted like crap with that. I always order a strawberry lemonade, and it tasted like dishwasher soap mixed with literally strawberries. They charge on refills, so I wanted water right after. The wings were semi-hot and very hard to chew on. They were not crunchy and the boneless wings barely had the outer sauce covering the wings. The fries were delicious but that was the majority of of my favorite thing on the whole table! I was practically begging my man to order wings from Sonic because they're fantastic to me. I was overall disappointed with the food quality because I thought this would be the ultimate wing house. The service was top notch and saw lots of potential to come again for the service. Went in today for takeout. Called ahead to get a couple orders of wings and sides, I spoke to a woman named Charolette. She was generally patient on the phone but was clearly not paying attention to my order as my food came out wrong.. When I arrived to pick up my food, I waited for 10 minutes at the front for someone to even acknowledge me. To my surprise, when I was finally greeted, it was Charolette again, wearing a different color shirt than the rest of the employees so I'm assuming she's some sort of lead or supervisor. She did not smile, did not say hello, didn't even look me in the eye. This woman literally walks out of the kitchen, looks at the tablet, and asks if i'm here for pickup and what the name is. I honestly didn't know if she was talking to me or herself. When I told her the name of my order, she pointed at it on the shelf it was sitting on, got the machine ready for payment, and walked away. SHE DIDNT EVEN WAIT UNTIL I WAS DONE PAYING TO WALK AWAY. No "thank you", no "have a nice night", nothing, simply walked away right after the machine asked me to enter my card. I was absolutely stunned at the service, still having faith in the food. But once i got home, opened the bag, almost half of my food was wrong. I was very explicit on the phone as I can't stand when i order take out and the food is incorrect, so to help staff out, I make sure to be VERY explicit and clear while ordering. Wrong sauces, and wrong dips. The cherry on top was that the dips, (ranch and blue cheese) were practically empty. They use these 1oz ramekins for dips, and fill them 1/4 full. With the 4 orders of wings I ordered, I got a single full cup of ranch when put all together. I will never come back to this restaurant because of Charolette and the poor quality of food. read more

I have been here a few times and every time I get a different experience. Once, there was literally only four tables full of people and when we explained we had a group of five they told us it would be a 15 minute wait to be seated. Needless to say we walked out. Another time, we had the same large group of five and it was a busy night, we got sat down right away. However, our food took nearly 40 minutes to arrive. Mind you we only ordered two baskets of wings and a wrap. No excuse that a wing place would take that long to cook roughly 25 wings. He looked, came back out, and got on the phone and started using the register. I waited for five minutes as he stayed on the phone and computer and ignored me. I love me some Buffalo Wild Wings! This location is just not up to par with other locations though. The service is consistently slow and I always have to ask for extra sauce for my wings because there is barely any sauce on the wings when they initially come out. It's a Sports Bar. There are TVs, Fried Food, Loud People, Trivia, Poker, and People Watching. The Food? Eh... the food is generic bar food, and I genuinely HATE their Boneless Buffalo Wings. But I understand that is an opinion, and honestly, their Bone-In Wings are not terrible. (Especially in BBQ or Spicy Garlic Sauce with Ranch.) Their Onion Rings are good, but they are they typical SYSCO Frozen Beer Battered ones. (I happen to like those.) And their "Fried Mushrooms" are tasty, but a teeeeensy portion. The potato options are fun, wedges, chips, or skinny fries, all available with melted actual cheese on top. Dip 'em in the Bacon Ranch. Nom Nom. The Nachos, on the other hand... Skeeeerrry! They literally had GELLED that Orange-Glow Cheez-Saus on them. Not so much there. Their cheesecake is apparently good, at least based on the rate at which my friends' tend to scarf it down. When it's not Happy Hour, their drinks tend on the expensive side, but there can be some decent specials. All in all, it's a Sports Bar. We've gone to BWW several times, but last Sunday caused me to write a review. I called ahead and asked if they were showing the Dallas/Philly game (that conflicted with the Broncos game). They said 'yes', and I should come well before the 2:15 kickoff. We arrived at 1:30, and I asked the Hostess which screen would show the Dallas game. She promptly took us to a table right in front, and at 2:15, YES, the Dallas game appeared! KUDOS! Bonus star added! During the next 4 hours, we ordered countless beers, "The Sampler" appetizer ($11) and the boneless Mango Habanero wings ($9). We were expecting fire-breathing, eye-bulging, rectum burning wings, but these were just--Ehh! Mildly spicy. That's an automatic 2-star deduction! The service was great--especially since the bar was crowded--and our Server would check on us every 10 minutes or so. Still, I'm deducting a half-star because the specialty beer was "so-so", and another half-star because there were several screaming children in the bar. I'm not judging, but taking your children to a sports bar, where guys are yelling expletive-filled rants at the football players, is probably not a good idea. Overall, we will be back. The sports bar experience is better here than at Rock Bottom (in the Promenade), BJ's Tavern (next door), or Old Chicago (located near 88th & Wadsworth). read more

Not sure if it was full of other concert goers or just sports watchers, but it was crowded! -Service was slow. I came with my family for a nice and light dinner. We waited for 15 minutes just to get one order of fries, that is because I had to ask the waitress to bring me the fries. We waited 30 minutes before we got our order. My lemonade came after we got our order. I asked the waitress for two more trays and some more veggies. She said ok and never came back with my request. I asked our waiter for more veggies and he said, "yes ma'am". He passed my table 10 times but never brought the veggies like I had ask. Customer service at this Wild Buffalo wing has terrible service! I love the food but hate the service! Will definitely not be coming back unless the manager start teaching Custer service skills!!! Pretty rough night at Bdubs. First of all, we went to the one in Superior to discover it was permanently closed. This one was the next closest. Unfortunately it's not looking like this will be a regular haunt for us like the Superior one was. It was half empty but it still took 15 minutes for anyone to come up to us. Then 15 minutes after we ordered to get our beers, which came out wrong. Then 30 minutes to get our food, which was cold, with several errors on the order. We were also overcharged on the check. We left as soon as we had finished and the whole experience took about 90 minutes. The main problem, I think, is that our waiter also had a table of 16 people... but the other waitstaff were not busy and just standing around. Not a good introduction to a new place, and many other Yelp reviews make it clear that our experience was not an anomaly. We love the food, but won't be back to this store. Remember when supermarkets almost gave away chicken wings? I have been to the original wing joint in Buffalo, NY. Those suckers caused the price of wings to go up. I came here for the first time the other day. it was pretty quiet as not many people were there. I had a party of 7 which ended up having some drink before we even went to have dinner. At one point one of my companions knocked a water glass all over the table and myself. Jasmine our waitress came over and helped get me plenty of napkins to clean it all up. I ended up apologizing many times and she assured me it was okay and that she wasn't mad. At the end of the night she was wonderful and I apologized many more times and made some jokes. The hostess with the bluish/purple hair is rude, argumentative, and just downright mean to customers. She was literally talking on her cell phone to what sounded like her hostile boyfriend as I waited and waited to be acknowledged.
