Not sure if it was full of other concert goers or just sports watchers, but it was crowded! -Service was slow. Even though we took quick shots at the bar, service took a while. boo. -They are one of a few businesses that offer a military discount. Second time this location has messed up my order in a week. First time was a to go order on 8/28/19. There was no sauce in my wrap and there was probably 2 pieces of chicken. Tonight, 8/30, we ordered Door Dash, and we were missing food. I called to let them know, and they told me to call Door Dash and they would approve the refund. Bw's used to be awesome, but it's fallen off over the years. Big roid wings that are tough to chew, and boneless wings that are so hard and dry, they can crack teeth!!!! Recently placed an online pick-up order at the town center BWW. Upon arriving home I discovered that my order was wrong. Disappointed, I called the location to correct my order. Travis was very apologetic and said he would personally see to it that there wrong would be made right. I was not happy that I had to drive back to the restaurant but upon arrival he personally handed me my wings and apologized again for the inconvenience. He even threw in a slice of cheese cake! Service was pretty good; waiter was personable and friendly just seemed to be overwhelmed. The bar tender that was helping with some tables was lacking personality for sure. Was seated at booth 89 last night around 9:00pm our server was great, food was fine. I left my beanie on the seat and called as soon as I got home so someone could find it. This beanie meant a lot to me as it was earned in a 5K supporting the special Olympics. I did that 5K in support of my cousin who recently passed away. I was put on hold for over 45 minutes and was then hung up on. Seeing as it was almost 11 at this time I went to bed. I called back this morning to see if the beanie had been found and was told, "we flip all of our tables at the end of the night and no one reported it". I am extremely upset that my beanie was simply thrown away at the end of the night even after I had called to ask about it. I went here for lunch and since I was by myself, I sat at the bar. The female bartender couldn't be more rude, unfriendly, or inattentive. even through she saw me sit at the bar, she decided not to come over and greet me until I was sitting there well past 5 mins. She then begrudgingly put a menu down in front of me and left the bar area. After about 15 mins later she finally came back and again I had to grab her attention to order. I ordered and she left again, now mind you, this was during lunch and I was not the only one sitting at the bar, the surrounding tables were being served by a separate waitress. After I was done eating, she gave me the bill and I promptly before she could leave again for who knows how long, brought to her attention that the charge for my food was incorrect and she without any hesitation began to argue that it was correct. When I showed her the price on the menu, she with a disgusted look on her face grabbed the bill and adjusted the price and then left in a huff. It only took about 45mins to get our food by the time we did get it the wings and fries were cold and a bit hard. Not as good as they use to be! I could have had better wings in the frozen foods section of my local grocery store!! I ordered a small plate of boneless wings. Took a long time to come out and when I recieve my wings they were very cold and so hard that it clanked on the table and I couldn't even penetrate the chicken with my fork. I bit into one and literally hurt my tooth. Dissapointed since I was really craving wings but those were not good in the least bit. They did take it off of my bill. Lately I went there Saturday (7/9/16) and again had Sarah (who gives about zero F**ks about her job or being there) as our server again. Before we could even sit down our table was not even wiped clean, with wing sauce and fries all over the seat. Sarah, our waitress walked up and saw my wife wiping the booth down with baby wipes and continue to stare at us did not even offer "hey let me wipe that up for you" or "hey let me grab a busboy real quick" nothing! did not even apologize about it at all then, continued to wait for my wife to get done wiping the table down and then in a almost sarcastic way asked "what do you want to drink?". Our waitress was very short with us, as if we were the reason the place was busy or we were an annoyance or something. Didn't make me feel welcome or wanted there at all. The beer I ordered was a tap, simple enough to pour anything on tap yeah? Wrong even that took like 30mins to even get. By the time my food hit the table I had already had enough time to drink three beers...little bit if a wait don't ya think? So anyways, our food gets to the table and my wings which I ordered a SAUCE on come out basically dry and cold and the manager was one to run out our food. My experience here didn't start off great. My boyfriend and I showed up around 11pm as the servers were starting to get off and were told we couldn't sit in the dining room as they were closing, We bumped into the general manager Kiera and she promised we would be taken care of and asked us to pick wherever we wanted to sit. We opted for the bar and got Justin as our server. He stopped at the table immediately, and got our drinks. Made beer recommendations for the guy, and made me a slightly spicy, but perfect Bloody Mary. He grabbed our order and our food was out in minutes. It was so incredibly fresh. What a shocker! You can usually count on Buffalo Wild Wings to be a hit or miss, but once again this place was horrible. Thank goodness we didn't try the food today. Today it was the service. I remember the Spicy Garlic was OK and something sweet AND spicy ( can't remember the name for the life of me). ... but they are not anything so uniquely done... I love wings and this restaurant does them justice! This chain of restaurants is just amazing! I love their sauces and the size of their wings! I have been coming to these restaurants for nearly 10 years now! My favorite sauce is the mango habanero. It is spicy and sweet. The flavor just blows my taste buds making want more and more! There are times that I will order other flavors to eat with the mango habanero, but I stick mainly to that. Other good sauces are Teriyaki, Asian Zing, Parmesan Garlic, honey bbq and their dry rubs which are lemon pepper and Desert heat. Love them! The consistency through each restaurant is great and I have never had a bad experience dining in or taking out. Go on Tuesday for 60 cent wings, best deal for them! Or a $12 all you can eat lunch. I don't remember the times valid, but check with your local restaurant. Appetizers and burgers are super excellent as well! You can choose any wing sauce and have it put on your burger :) They also have a huge variety of beer on tap and in bottle for those wanting others than your typical bud or coors. We came here for a soccer match and started off by ordering some beers and a cider flight. The fact it took 20min to get our order placed should have been the first clue. Once we got our drinks, they were wrong so we waited another 20 minutes. The best part was that our waitress was the most arrogant and rude person I've ever seen. I had to speak with the manager it got so bad, but since the manager was just as rude you can guess what happened. The non stars are for the wings. Their signature dish was undercooked rubbery and soggy. I am very unpleased with our service tonight. My boyfriend and I came in, and wanted to have a good time, but it all ended with terrible service. Our server Stacy, she started off really attentive, but got worse as time progressed. We had been sitting at one of the tables for approximately 10 minuets before being greeted. We had already figured out what to drink and eat, but she asked for our drink order and walked away right after, not even giving us a chance to order. She then came back another 15-20 minuets and asked us if we wanted any appetizers, we then ordered. Stacy had mentioned that if we signed up, we could get a free appetizer. AFTER WE HAD ALREADY EATEN OURS. After receiving and eating our appetizer, we were then asked if we were still waiting on more people. We clearly weren't. We were handed two menus. We had finally ordered after almost 40 minuets, at this point, we were already late for our movie we had planned on watching. My boyfriend ordered Medium boneless wings, half spicy garlic and Caribbean jerk, he was handed Hot, and Parmesan Garlic instead. After waiting a long time to order.
