To start they add in a 20 percent tip when you order so the service is sub par because there really is no incentive for wait staff to be attentive to you. I asked for a drink when I sat down and ordered and got it when my meal was finished (first trip). My brother in law asked for mustard when he ordered and got it it 1/2 way through eating his hamburger (2nd trip different waitress).
