I only like to leave positive reviews but unfortunately, this time I'd be lying if I said I had a great experience. My boyfriend and I visited this Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time yesterday. When we walked in we realize how busy it was and we were more than willing to wait our turn. After about 30 minutes we were seated. Our waitress came and took our drink orders, I was pretty bummed that they were completely out of their mojitos and she didn't suggest anything as an alternative. At the same time we put our drink order in, we ordered an appetizer. She then brought our drinks and took our food order. She was NOT the one who brought our food out to us. Our appetizer came at the same exact time our main meal came. We weren't happy about that. She came and asked how everything looked and honestly, everything looked fine. We ate and after about 5 minutes, both our drinks were empty. She didn't come back to our table not once that night until WE walked up to her and asked for our bill and boxes. She walked passed us multiple times, we made eye contact with her multiple times, she even waited on the table behind us and didn't think to stop and ask us if there was anything we needed. Like I said, I completely understand when a restaurant is busy but just like everyone else, we spend our money here so we expect to have great service or at least a full cup of something to drink during our meal. Let me start off by saying the food was absolutley delicious. Some of the best wings I have had in a long time. Now for the more unfortunate side of this review... when we sat down I ordered a beer, the server asked me for Id and I handed him my out of country drivers license. He then asked me to wait while he went to clear it with his manager.???? As we waited over 7 minute in this sauna of a restaurant I was wondering if there AC unit was broken or if this was the only place in Yuma without one. We finally got our beers and placed our order. Was here earlier today(1/31/15 Saturday). We came to eat before we headed out to the swap meet. We arrived around 11:30a. Wasn't very packed and the atmosphere was nice. My family and I have never eaten here before. The food was delicious and the friendliness of the waitress made everything better. Her name is Katie. She was super sweet and delightful. Plus she was super sweet to my son. I would love it if more restaurants had waitresses like her. Her friendliness and attentiveness made the experience so much better. Not a bad Buffalo Wild Wings. Food was good and service was good. Nothing too crazy. A good place to go and hang with the peeps. If you like to play the trivia game or poker on the TV, the controllers that BWWs gives you run out of batteries pretty frequently. A place to drink but when it comes to the food it's good too just don't never order the boneless wings here literally I can buy a bag of boneless wings near a target here for a cheaper price and it would be better. To start, I think all Buffalo Wild Wings are mediocre at best. They are very clean and feature many big screen TVs. Their chicken wings are not bad, but they are definitely overpriced. Appetizers the same. They use their sports bar theme to jack up the price and lower their service standards. This location, in particular, fits the above description. I have visited twice and had similar experiences both times. The most recent was on a Saturday and the waiter greeted us by laying down the house rules. We sat at the only table available, but since there were only three of us we were not allowed to sit at a 6 place table. I told him we planned to blow a lot of money, but if he would rather us leave we could find someplace better. This issue was brought up on several occasions before the rest of our 8 person party arrived. We were actually told that we had 10 minutes to come up with additional bodies. Needless to say, I was not impressed with this greeting. I was hoping to watch football, but they put UFC on almost every TV in the restaurant. Then, they turned the volume up so loud we couldn't yell at each other. I think the only reason people frequent BW3s is because there isn't any place else to go. read more

BWW in Yuma, AZ is consistent, I'll give them that. They are consistently screwing up our order and food. My daughter and I went and placed a to go order thinking they would get it right if we ordered it there. Wrong! We have given them the benefit of the doubt when they get our online orders wrong and we blame ourselves. We went inside to order and to start with the woman taking the order was down right rude. She called back our order and it was correct but when we got home they once again used rub instead of buffalo sauce on my daughters wings. Then my daughter opens up her utensil packet and she was given an empty ketchup packet. I open up my utensil packet and the same thing, empty. As soon as you touch these packets it's obvious there is no ketchup in them but whoever assembled these didn't notice? Come on people, if you can't do a better job then that I have no words for you. The owner of this BWW is losing business because of these employee's that honestly just don't care! They definitely have lost my business because I will not be back to BWW in Yuma, AZ. This is a very busy place after 6pm. They got my party of 5 seated quickly. Service was fast and food was as expected for BWW. Nothing surprising there. However, I have visited several other BWW and was surprised to find out that this one does not offer any happy hour apps. This was a bit of a bummer. Today I came into this location , server was such of nice person she came in say hi to us really friendly and got our order. We get the food and I noticed that my food did not tasted the way I was expecting. I ask my server to see if I could order another menu item. She tells us right away that she would get me something else right away no problem that she just needed to notified her manager. Manager comes in to the table " short guy, mid 60s , Asian looking . & im describing him for the fact that I forgot his name. He comes and ask me (If I know their policy) I said I do not your policy but I would like to order another menu item, He responds right away. " Do you want a box for that or do you want us to take it out of your table? After I told him I did not like the food and wanted something different I told him " Sr its fine If I have to pay for this food I just want something different. The service sucked. I know it's a busy place but things should've been done better. We had 4 different people help us and only one lady was nice. One lady spilled water on me and the only thing she said was "Oh Nooo" didn't even apologize. When we were cashing out that same lady was rude. My favorite location! I love buffalo wild wings. I mean I really really love buffalo wild wings haha. For some reason this location really sticks out to me as my favorite so far. Stopped by B Dubs (Texas nickname) before heading to the movies. I'm a wings fan and they make some mighty fine wings. We had the Caribbean Jerk, Asian Zing, and Honey BBQ. All flavors were great!. First time trying the Caribbean Jerk and it will definitely be one of my regular flavors. It has a little kick to it, spicier than Asian Zing. The beer was pouring nicely as always and the staff were friendly as usual. They seem to have a few TV's for sporting events, but I believe they need a few more to make it just right. There's no Hooters in town so this is the next best thing for some great sporting event grub. Stop on by for some good beer and wings! read more

Been here a couple of times, five or so, and every visit has been great with no bad experiences so far. We've come during the day and at night. The staff is friendly and accommodating every time we want to switch the tv channel for a a heat game. The food taste and price is fair in my opinion. Recommend the Asian zing flavor a sweet kick and mango habanero for a zingy, but spicy! kick. Additionally they are one of a few like two or the places in Yuma that host big sports events like UFC or Championship Boxing. I'll divide my review into the following: Food: ordered wings, go figure, the menu clearly communicated what you were getting from flavour to level of heat, the wings were very tasty and I ordered them crispy and that is exactly how they arrived Drink: The beer selection was excellent, I tried a number of different flavours and all were as expected Atmosphere: It's a sports bar and it was packed with all kinds of folks including families with young kids.
