Beer selection was decent, service was disappointing. I came in on a Saturday afternoon to watch the final few minutes of a competitive game that ended up being my alma mater's first conference victory in almost a year and a half. Got there with about 5:00 to go in the fourth quarter, and found a spot at the bar easily as there were very few people there at the time. Requested that my game be put up on a screen, employee said no problem. Waited. Waited. Staff weren't rushed; there were nearly more wait staff than customers, and 3-4 of them were standing around, just hanging out. Game still wasn't up after five minutes, so I asked about it again. Their service is horrible and the people there are OK. Some waiters/waitresses are nice but others can be jacked up. It is loud, rowdy, and mostly full of drunk marines. (Especially on Football week). Their food is very good but their service sucks beyond all reason. As well don't have a birthday there if you're expecting to have people dance for you. (I'd rather go to Applebee's) For your birthday they just announce with a monotone voice "Congratulations everyone (name of birthday person) has turned (age) today!" People clap, and it's over with. No excitement and no body truly caring, other than those being polite or nice and clapping. Repeatedly have had to deal with long wait times and orders being incorrect. When we dine in, if we correct an order with the waitress, our honey BBQ or medium suddenly turn into the hottest wings you could order once the food is delivered. This has happened several times before I decided to leave a review. Shayna was our waitress, she was awesome. She knew the menu very well. She was quick with refills and napkins. They are missing a star because we were seated in "booth 83" I faced the waitress stationed and listen to them talk of personal stuff while I ate all 7 of them. When this afternoon for the buy one get one free boneless wings. Ordered two boxes of lemon pepper wings and it barley had the seasoning on it. Was very disappointed when I went back inside to have more added and the girl in the front was rude to me and said the seasoning doesn't stick to the wings since it's dry and not the wet sauce. I get that, but it wasn't even enough to taste it when I tried it. If there was enough seasoning the first time then I would not have had an issue. We loved it here. We were out in AZ for a few months. We usually ate in but when eating out, you'd usually find us at Buffalo Wild Wings, In-N-Out, Golden Corral, or EAT Asian Super Buffet. Even though this place is a franchise and the service isnt great...it takes forever to get a drink and its really overpriced. If you are here with a group its a blast. The chairs suck so sit outside where you can drink,smoke and people watch. plus you can still the football score or watch the MMA fights they play here. I want my old B-dubs back. I've been going to this location for quite a long time. For the longest time it was my goto bar for wings in Yuma. They were never the best but always decent service at a decent value. Two years ago i would have given this place 4 stars. Unfortunately, the quality of the service has slowly eroded while the prices have steadily climbed. :-( Their food is the same as always, plenty of flavors of wings to choose from. If you like spicy, I highly suggest trying the Mango Habanero sauce. Its like sweet napalm in your mouth. read more

Food was subpar, service was slow, manager Kaysie Slack is terrible and needs retraining on what customer service really means. After waiting an unreasonable amount of time for our bill and then for it to be collected to pay, my daughter went across the plaza to get Boba tea. Upon returning, my 14 year old daughter, whose boba tea was still sealed, was confronted by the manager Kaysie who seems to take pleasure in telling a young girl " Go outside! No outside food or drinks." My daughter told her that we had already eaten and ordered drinks and were just waiting to pay and could she please go with her family? Kaysie again very rudely told her to go outside. I'm sorry, but a grown woman does not get to treat a young child like that. I hope you are happy that freaked out a child and made her cry by making her unable to go and check in with her family. Instead you sent her to go stand outside unsupervised. When I went to speak to her, she was again belligerent and rude and said "no outside food or drinks." Instead of apologizing for the confusion or even being polite about it, she was extremely rude and confrontational. We had spent over $200 there for subpar food and had the service not been so slow, we would not have still been inside, we would have been outside waiting for my daughter instead of the other way around. I hope someone within the organization sees this and speaks to Kaysie Slack about how to treat people, especially children. We had the worst time! Our food was just terrible for one my moms appetizer came after her meal did and wasnt made right. The second time my dad hamburger wasnt made right either and when he told them they took it and came back 2 minutes later they just took the tomatoe and onion off and gave him the same hamburger you could smell the onions still. And the third time I was sharing my wings with my daughter and I got my sauce on the side well they didn't bring my sauce and when I asked for it I didn't get it until like 8 minutes later and fourth our drinks weren't refilled. The waitress, Lisa with blonde hair, was the worst waitress I've had ever. Me and my family had dinner there tonight to watch the ufc fights and she kept on trying to hurry us out, purposely ignored us several times, left trash on the table for long periods of time, got the wrong drinks, forgot some of our side orders, and had the most nasty attitude. So I finally went inside with a few family members and really the only thing that made my stay enjoyable were them. I won't name names but our server, well she just took her sweet time in EVERYTHING from taking our order to refills and just had a sour attitude. I haven't stopped at a Buffalo Wild Wings since 07, so I gave this place a shot. First of all, everything is overpriced and the portions are a bit small. Their wings did not feel "fresh" anymore, with a nasty frozen taste (last time I went was in Houston). The ambiance was good, the service was a bit lacking. I did not enjoy the seating either. The customer service is horrible, bunch of kids in there that have no idea what customer service is. Try to make an over the phone order for pick up and get placed on hold and forgotten when you try to call back the phone is constantly busy. Tried for 30 minutes to get through and gave up. You would think there would be more phones available. If they are that busy they may need to re-think their number of staff to raise the bar in customer service. This spot is in the back of the Yuma Palms center, by the movie theater. There isn't parking right out front, so be prepared to park in the back if you can't find parking along the circle. I can only speak specifically to the food as I ordered for pickup. I got the small size boneless wings with garlic parm and hot, as well as the fried pickles. I am a fried pickle connoisseur and I definitely love them from BWW. Their southwestern ranch that comes with the pickles is to die for. I definitely suggest the mixture of garlic parm and hot because once your mouth starts to burn you can switch it up for the sweet garlicky taste of your other half. Came in to a dirty table and couldn't get service for like 5-10 mins to not only clean the mess off the table but take our order. After being told they can't take our order because the system is down. After finally taking our order, server forgot to put in our order. Saw servers asking for drinks and getting served immediately while we waited. Got our drinks and our food, no silverware, no napkins, my chavela was not even full. Sadly, i have to say our experience at this establishment tonight was horrible. I'm usually really impressed with the service at buffalo wild wings and i have to say this one just didn't meet the cut like the others. We arrived and there was a girl at the front counter who went to the back before we reached the counter. We stood at the counter that displayed the buffalo wild wings drink cups and among those cups was also an In-n-out cup on the employee side. We stood for awhile waiting for someone to greet us and seen about 4 different employees and no one said a word to us. Finally an employee greeted us. This girl called out Veronicas name and this girl came up front to take our order. Steak Buger, fries, mild wings traditional with ranch. We paid, she told us to give them 10-15. We went outside (because of a funny oder at the entrance), came back and found out they had no steak. We asked if they had started our order and the girl just let us know that she didnt know. She slowly made her way to the back and then told us no. We asked for our money back and she said she had to get a manager. The manager offered no apology and also didnt bother to look at our faces while he put in our refund. Buffalo Wild is always usually up there in my list of wing choices but sadly, i wouldnt recommend this one. I honestly dont see us returning. I give them the 1 star for the employee that got in-n-out since they probably saved themselves from getting food here and experiencing horrible customer service. read more
