The largest buffet in St Cloud no doubt. Went there many times and they offer Chinese dishes, Mongolian BBQ, sushi and salad bar along with all the buffet items you find in a large buffet place. Dinner time they serve snow crab legs (pay extra) and also frog legs and raw oysters. Most of the items were good. Oysters was not good (borderline spoiled IMO) although everyone in my party thought otherwise. I guess I have the experience from Lee and Rick's in Orlando for comparison. I've been here a couple of times and always enjoyed it. Large selections. Food is pretty good. I like the chilled fresh shrimp and the multiple selections for sushi. Everything seems pretty fresh. It seems this place is always busy so today we decided why not! Let say first of all price point is not horrible however the food is what you pay for. The pizza looked like plastic and was cold to the touch along with many other items... French fries, chicken, crab and so on. The hibachi was the only saving grace for hot food! Quality is typical of what you would find at other chinese buffets. The hibachi grill is DEFINITELY the best way to go. Their chef will customize any stir-fry for you with chicken, shrimp, steak, & a bunch of fresh veggies. Tip him well & he'll add special seasonings for you. My family and I eat there when we're in the mood for a buffet as there are not many buffet choices in Saint Cloud. The bar contains many of the staples you would find at most Americanized Chinese restaurants. The food is of a decent quality and the salad bar always contains fresh fruits and veggies. My favorite component of the bar by far is the hibachi grill. Yum Yum Yum! The price is right too at $10.99. Oh and the staff....absolutely delightful. read more

We went here after searching for something filling and quick for our family after our drive to Orlando. One thing I will say is that they have a HUGE selection of food. They have almost anything you could want. The traditional Chinese dishes were flavorful and filling. The other dishes were pretty good. The sushi bar was good. Came here again for dinner last night. When we were done with our meal, we asked the waitress for our bill. She brought the bill and we immediately handed her our credit card to take to pay the bill. A couple minutes later, she brought back the receipt for us to sign, and stood there beside our table holding our credit card and our copy of the receipt until after we put our tip down and signed the receipt. We felt it was very off putting and uncomfortable for us to have the waitress stand there at our table hovering over us while we put the tip amount down and sign the receipt, and then holding our credit card hostage until after we did the tip and sign the receipt. I dont know of any other normal restaurant that this happens in. We will not return here until this behavior is corrected. read more

Me and my family went on new years day and it is expensive on holidays I paid with my card and I didn't think they deserved a tip cause the whole time we was there they never came to our table for refills or anything I checked my bank online and seem the bill was more than I originally paid for they decided to put their own tip on there themselves I will never go back for dishonesty food was good though read more

I read the reviews and thought I'd give it a shot. Disappointment, my husband had to ask 3 times for his drink, the food was cold and seemed not fresh. In fairness we were there at 8:30 so that could of been part of the issue. The service could of been better, the hibachi grill is what drew us in and that was a huge disappointment, nothing like our hibachi grills back home. Prob wouldn't recommend or return. Absolutely disgusting. There was a chair with a bucket of dirty water and a rag floating in it at the table behind mine- gross. And the food? Oh wow- where to even start.... shrimp dish.. the shrimp were SOFT... gag. No flavor. The chicken on a stick- burnt, doused with curry. The raw food bar where you select things to be cooked at hibachi- it was warm, I was concerned about safe food handling. The hibachi grill was so disgustingly dirty, I would not eat anything cooked on there- caked over with old food and grease- yuck. And the line up was about 6 deep waiting. Yellow rice was overcooked, soft, and no flavor. The fried rice was just an off white rice with some peas, again, overcooked. All of the chicken dishes were thighs- no white meat to be seen anywhere. There was what I think was supposed to be a broccoli beef dish- the meat was too tough to chew and the broccoli was mush. There are several bars of food- massive amounts, but nothing was good. The desert bar had some sort of lemon looking things, and some really bad store bought brownie squares. Fruit was bathed in syrup. Waitress never came to refill drinks. The "Chinese donuts" were sweet corn muffins sprinkled with sugar. My teen daughter literally refused to eat I ended up having to take her somewhere else. She's the smart one. Won't be back- go to Sonny's for BBQ instead.. or heck, Sonic is just across the street. Just bad bad bad. read more

I have been here a about like 5 times now & the food has always been good. But one of the servers sucks at customer service, or more like they dont care for it. One server that we had like twice, made us quite unhappy. She never speaks or says anything, she gave us our check early, & the worst part was when it was time to pay. I gave her my card and when she came back she handed it to me and JUST STOOD THERE STARING AT US. Waiting for us to write the tip. bad manners. She did this both times we had her as a server. One of the times, my friend and I split the check. I was taking care of the tip (my friend didn't since she didn't have much money). So she stared and stared and we gave it to her as we got up. She noticed my friend didn't tip and her face literally SWITCHED to anger like WOW. She gave us a stank face dead in the eyes as we stood up from our table lol. That was crazy. I've never seen a server act this way. In any other restaurant you would get fired for that. She takes care of cleaning up our plates as we eat, but its obvious she only cares about the tip and doesn't even put a BIT of effort into being polite..or even speaking. I found the food to be predictable but tasty. Selection was good and staff was plentiful and attentive. One primary concern about returning is that the price for the buffet was higher than the sign posted on the wall as you enter the dining area. When I brought this to the waiters attention he pointed to a small dry eraser handwritten sign as we enter the reception area. Discussion was not welcomed quiet was encouraged. Buffet City, St Cloud, FL. The food is pretty good but here is what i hate about this restaurant. Everyone that works there stairs at you when one person at the table orders the CRAB LEGS, you can see them talking to each other then they all turn there heads and look at everyone that is at the table. I guess they think you are going to share the CRAB LEGS with the person your with. This place is gross and the people are assailed.almost all of their food looks old. The Hitachi grill is the worst I could see large brown and black spots all over the meat. The pork on there was also very very discolored. So I figured onto the regular buffet big mistake I bit into a chicken nugget and it was stale so were the French fries and soup. I like coming here to have a cheat meal before I workout. Overall this place has great service. The food is great. They have all you can eat steak. I like the sushi, because that's what I start jumping on first. I really like the food setting. It's organized. They don't offer pork fried rice in their buffet areas, but that doesn't mean you can't ask for it. It's been quite a few years of eating here, and overall I still give this place great grades. But - it sure is showing its age (along with the rest of us!). Vents where walls meet ceilings are filthy. Bathrooms need total redoing: the ladies' room often has a bucket under one of the sinks, and the flooring looks very old from missing tiny tiles and ground-in grime. Fixtures follow suit and often contain contents of what someone spit in them. Waitstaff will clean them immediately if you fuss. Be careful with their peel-and-eat shrimp: several times I've found the flavor 'off' and am still nursing a possible case of very mild food poisoning due to one or two of them I should've not swallowed However, overall, the restaurant is an amazing value, and they take $2-off-each-dinner coupons even when expired. Servers and bussers are quite attentive and work very hard; tip as you would any non-buffet place. My husband often gets the steak from the hibachi/sushi bar and says it's good; it looks to be and is cooked to order. I like one of their sushi rolls and almost all of their hot dishes that aren't packed with sodium. This is a huge problem with restaurants, and writing most to complain gets you nowhere unfortunately. (Of course most Asian food is chockfull of sodium unless you custom order off their menu.) The frog's legs and pan-fried prawns could use half the salt coating eliminated and still be delicious. As a fortune cookie might advise, "Choose wisely, live another day." read more

Please don't waste your money coming to this place. My family and I went there and I ate some fish, shrimps and some other food when I got home after some hours I started getting a stomachache I knew it was the Chinese buffet food that I had earlier. I will never come back to this place. I was relieved that this happened to me and not to my children since they ate pizza that I think it is the only thing they keep frozen until they put the pizza to bake. This place has been here in our town for a while.started out pretty good but yes it si going down hill. They need to keep the food temp. According to the health dept. And they are not doing this.the employee dont even understand you the majority times when you speak to them neither do they make and effort to.if you go close to the dinner starting time they will be watching you to make sure you dont serve yourself from food they are serving from the dinner menu. Gonna start off by saying this, I'm sure if there was a surprise health inspection, this place would be shut down. Grab any plate in the place and you can feel the residual grease that the poor dish washing job left behind, not only that but several plates have old food on them as well. As I sat at my table, which happened to be a couple tables from the back where the servers prepare the silverware, I spotted one of the servers using his thumb to rub off spots from the spoon, I also spied him picking or rubbing his nose as he rolled the silverware into the napkins. Don't get me started on the cleanliness of the bathroom, my 3 year old need to poop so I took him into the bathroom, we walked right back out after seeing feces spread on the toilet seat and floor of the stall. So long story short unless you feel like getting hep-C or some other disease I would steer clear of this place. read more
