I wished the tipping was more clear. Pre-paid before eating at the buffet. About to leave after finishing my meal because i didn't receive a bill to indicate that I needed to tip afterwards. The two came up to me in rush and told me I need to tip with cash. It felt pretty forceful. I don't mind tipping at all, but it could have been more clear. This was my go to Chinese restaurant for a couple of years, mostly due to their hibachi. The food was always amazing with great service. I was really disappointed with our dinner last night. Before we ate, I stopped in the restrooms. The sink looked disgusting. I don't know if there was black mold in it or if it was just stained, but it was gag worthy and I was not going to check to see which one it was. My husband and daughter did not say how their food was, but I didn't hear any complaints. But my hibachi was not as good as it's been before. The veggies and noodles were fine, but it tasted like the seasoning/sauce was different than previous visits. It just wasn't as good. I did get seconds, and I was still disappointed. We will give it another chance, but if it doesn't improve, we'll have to find somewhere else. read more

One of the best buffest in Orlando, and that is saying a lot. Orlando has some chain- ike buffets, that leave so much to be desired. But this one satisfies any eater. Especially the picky one! We stopped in after I had been fasting for a few days, and when I say the food was tasty, this is an understatement! There are so many good things to try, from fried chicken, to sashimi, the hibachi grill, or the desserts. Everything is tasty, fresh, and there is A LOT of it. the only drawback for me is that you pay before you even enter (including tip), so every time I visit, I make sure to have a cash tip on hand because I think its odd to tip before service has been received. That's where they lose one star. Otherwise, the location is in a not so savory area (which doesn't take away from it), the bathrooms and restaurant are clean, and they seem to keep folks moving through at a quick pace, but we did not feel rushed at all. Weekday afternoon. Right before their lunch cut off pricing. Wide variety of foods. Plenty of seating all over the dining room. Service was typical for an Asian restaurant. I found some "stuff" in my water before I drank it. I asked for another cup of water and asked for my cup to not be taken until I received my new water. She said she would get me new water. But I refuse to have her just dump the stuff out and give me the same cup. Caught some attitude but we moved on. Hibachi station was good. There was a line. So it was good. They had a pho station too. Different. Didn't try it but may the next time. A lot of their foods I felt was salty. Nothing seemed fresh. Definitely not the Rangoon/cream cheese wonton. Not the fried rice. It was dry. I think it has potential to be good, but they need more fresh food. The crawfish were also small and not as good. Not sure if I would come back. read more

Crazy Buffet is clean, large, and serves a wide variety of food! Don't be put off by the exterior of this place. This restaurant sits on the edge of a strip mall. Parking was decent when we went, and the lot is large enough to accommodate a lot of cars during peak dining hours. We had 2 servers waiting on our table. But there were staff also very visible along the food stations, most notably the gentleman assigned to the ice cream bar: his job was literally to stand there and scoop your ice cream for you! This was a huge plus for me, as it demonstrated how serious they were about sanitation. I never saw stray spilled food at the stations. Whenever someone accidentally scooped food that fell off the spoon, staff quickly appeared and picked up the food to throw it away (they weren't scooping the spilled food back into the food trays). There was a great assortment of sushi (I love sushi, and was very happy with the selection they had here), the hibachi grill area, ice cream, soups, and every other food item you could think of. Not only was there an abundance of food, but the flavors were distinct: I didn't get 2 fried dishes that tasted the same as the other, or 2 styles of chicken that resembled each other. Crazy Buffet is a high-quality buffet. Although we live on the East side of Orlando, this buffet would be worth the 30-minute drive. It's clean, spacious, and definitely worth the value! read more

As far as Chinese buffets go this is one of the better places. Been in town for a long long time Massive selection of everything from the usual Chinese food to make your own pho and hibachi and sushi Lots of crab and fish which I enjoyed and service was competent and friendly refilling my drinks and taking plates as needed. It hit the spot for people like my grandfather who'd been wanting crab. Biggest thing is the ice cream is actually soft and easy to scoop out. I grew up in places where it was hard as a rock and would bend the spoons as you tried to get it out. Food quality this time was a little more hit or miss that previous times but the variety made up for it. My mom likes this place so I go. Was sick of their fare on the buffet so tried the grill in the back, GREAT! Also enjoyed the hot n sour soup and the new pho is quite good. The service was good, everyone was kind and helpful. The food was just okay. We were hoping for crab legs, which we didn't see. There were some dishes I was too scared to try. We were unimpressed with the dessert selection, although they did have ice cream, the line was long. There really were limited options for what we were looking for. This is probably the only Chinese buffet place I have gone to in Orlando and it's always a staple in our family dinner plans when I do eat with my parents. We've probably come during every holiday and it is always packed. I recently came during father days and there was a wait time and also an up charge. We've waited about 25 mins for a table of 6 people. Decent selection of food options from Chinese food to a sushi station. They also have seafood. I've always get the same items when I eat here. The fried shrimp was excellent. They did have crabs and it was very salty and their crawfish wasn't too tasty. The food was hot and they always seem to refill them quickly. We have never been been disappointed in food quality, presentation or availability. The varieties of the sushi bar often makes for an entire meal on its own. Your average Chinese buffet with a little more extra. I like this one as it has sushi, pho, and Mongolian bbq as well as all your normal Chinese food likings. The quality is a little better as well and I think the servers won't ever let your glass get below half full so tip them well! They recently repainted and it is super bright and lovely. I had lunch at this restaurant on Wednesday, November 9, 2022. Prior to the pandemic, this establishment was my parents' go-to Chinese buffet restaurant for both family dinners and large get-togethers. Things have certainly changed since the last time I was here. As more recent reviews have stated, you pre-pay when you enter the restaurant. The adult lunch price was $11.99. After being escorted to my table by the hostess, I was met by a server who provided packaged plastic utensils for dining and my beverage in a styrofoam cup. Plastic plates are available at the buffet tables. Now, my first thought was the restaurant was practicing safe and sanitary protocols post-pandemic...however, after actually eating the food, I'm sure the reason for the plastic and lightweight silverware was so dissatisfied customers wouldn't have the opportunity to hurl heavy, solid objects at anyone who took credit for cooking the items on the buffet line. The honey chicken...and I'm a honey chicken aficionado, was probably the worst I've ever had. Tough and tasteless. The other items I sampled including from the sushi bar and buffet line (shumai, shrimp dumpling, fried wonton, egg roll, fried rice) were passable for buffet standards. They have a great selection of food across many continents The sushi / sashimi selection is much better with the dinner setting than the lunch but it's about 50% more. Waitress service is fantastic - quick to clear plates and replenish drinks so make sure you leave them a good gratuity. I'll be back many times for sure. read more

This place beat all over buffet out bc it's Asian cuisines. Up at the different buffet stations you can have all sorts of dishes. There are fried foods to salads with great desserts to top off that array of food your indulging on. The interior is nice. I especially dig the little over the moat. You can also pitch coins in there for luck. The price is very reasonable. The staff is friendly and attentive.
