I saw Wilbur (owner) in the parking lot where I work washing someone else's car. I immediately went over and asked for a business card. A little background: For me, this is like a dream come true! I work in Redwood City Monday through Friday 8-5.. and I live on the coast. My commute is an hour and fifteen minutes each way, give or take depending on traffic. My point is, there is no car wash where I live and the closest one to me is a gas station wash which never does a great job. I always do touchless as my car is ceramic coated. Sometimes I will go to a hand wash car wash on my lunch break, but because many others have the same idea it takes well over an hour and I end up late back to work. Anyway, I asked for a business card and first impression was great. He is super friendly and when I asked questions about his service and pricing he was very straightforward and of course he had business cards handy, perfect! I got in touch with him the following week and made an appointment. He let me know when he was on his way so I could come out and greet him. I paid him with Venmo, and because I'm old and do t use that stuff often he helped me figure it out (LOL). He had a smile on his face the whole time. Had someone else with him too, Ann, and she was also very friendly. I went back to work after I pad him and he went to work. All I wanted was an exterior wash. Took him about 1/2 an hour, he texted me to let me know it was finished, and that was that! I went outside to check it out, and he did a fantastic job! I booked another appointment for next week to have it washed, (living on the coast my car always gets dirty in the morning because of the fog and rain/moisture in the air), and also have him buff out a scratch on the hood that I spoke to him about. As I said. He is very friendly, and he is also very responsive and prompt. His prices are very reasonable as well. I'm so happy to have run into him, a mo ikr car wash is the greatest idea ever!!! Wil just finished up on both of my cars and I am very impressed with the quality, price, and communication. They took care of some annoying clear coat scratches on our 10 year old Prius without charging an arm and a leg. Wil responds very quickly on yelp and is very knowledgeable about car detailing. Plus he's young and around my age, so he's only getting better. Just got my 2008 is250 detailed along with headlights being restored. Car came out very nice despite all the damage it's accumulated over the years, and price was very reasonable as Wil drives out to clean your car for you. All I need now is either a paint restoration service or vehicle wrap and my car will look brand new. read more

Will promptly responded to my appointment request online and provided information on the type of exterior wash service that he handles. He was familiar with how to clean my vehicle which has a clearbra and opticoat. He is also able to schedule appointments via text to his number. About a week and a half after he cleaned my vehicle, I followed up with him regarding a select clean on my hood and windshield as was not sure what substance left "snow" droplets on my vehicle. He was able to schedule me in on short notice (next morning) and even took the time to explain to me waterless wash products to use and how to clean my vehicle when something like this happens. read more
