Tess didn't say much but took the phone went right to his work. While he talked business on the phone and greeted customers coming in to the shop, he replaced the battery and returned it in about 25 minutes. It has worked fine. The price was as quoted. Tess has been open for about 5 months. I was impressed with his work ethic, demeanor and the value of his service and skill. I don't know anything about his other cell phone or computer work, but I would certainly go back to him if needed.
