Walked in and was seated immediately.

The service was excellent, we walked in and was greeted and seated immediately. Our server was courteous providing menu suggestions. I enjoyed a biscuit sandwich which included eggs cooked precisely as requested, which is rare. The bacon was crispy but of course I wanted an extra side of bacon! My brunch companion enjoyed her grit bowl that also comes with a biscuit. We both agreed the biscuits were the perfect amount of flaky without being dry. We stayed and chattered for about a hour after we ate enjoying the music and friendly atmosphere.

A staple in Atlanta! The staff is awesome! The grits are dreamy and they serve Chicken sausage! They have the same decor as the other locations, which is whimsical. I came on $5 Mondays and was super full. Definitely recommend.

If you like biscuits and have a calorie deficit this is a great place. My breakfast came with a waffle, biscuit, two eggs, creamy grits and sausage. Service was quick and friendly. The place has a diner atmosphere. I enjoyed my biscuit with the apple butter. The eggs were fine and I was just ok with the turkey sausage. With coffee and tip my meal ran close to $30 but certainly I had a lot f food.

Everyone in Atlanta has been to a Flying Biscuit Cafe location one time or another but it is not as highly celebrated as it should be. The parking can be validated. The parking was free because of the validation from the restaurant. The staff was nice and attentive. I ordered the Stuffed French Toast Breakfast. It is two slices of French toast cut in half and covered with cream and strawberries. It also comes with dreamy grits, eggs, sausage, and a biscuit. The French toast was the star of the show and well worth it. Dreamy grits taste like they have some gravy in them and they are definitely dreamy. Give this place a try.

This restaurant is located in a trendy little food court. There is garage parking available, and yes, they do validate. There are a few free spots available for those picking up food. There is a shared dining area outside and the restaurant has a huge dining area and a bar area with seating. The dining are is bright and is decorated with colorful murals. It is a hip and trendy spot. There are a couple of televisions above the bar area to watch. They have breakfast food that includes pancakes, hash, waffles, bacon, eggs chicken and waffles, omelettes, and of course biscuits. For lunch, they have sandwiches, burgers, chicken tenders, salads, and shrimp and grits. There are also some cookies to sort through there. My interaction with the staff was limited, as I ordered take-out. However, they were nice enough. I ordered the Big Cheesy Patty Melt, which came with potato chips. FYI, they do not have fries. My food was ready in about 12 minutes. I am normally not a chip fan, but I liked theirs. They were really good. I liked the seasoning on them. The burger was not the best that I have had, but it was pretty good. My experience here was decent. I enjoyed my lunch. This place is worth a try if you are in the area.

Picked up a breakfast sandwich on the way to a trade show this morning and it did not disappoint. They offer sit down service, but also have an abbreviated menu for quick to go orders. The cashier was friendly, took my order and got it out quickly. It was great sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I'd definitely revisit this spot for a tasty breakfast

Flying Biscuit is always a vibe. The food is flavorful and comforting, especially the biscuits and grits. Service is friendly with a laid-back feel, and the atmosphere has that cozy southern charm. A great spot for a good breakfast or brunch any day.

The stuffed French toast was amazing! If I have to go back to ATL this will definitely be my first stop. The service was great and the coffee was hot. However, don't get the chicken sausage, it's dry.

Solid meal at the flying biscuit. I'm a biscuit connoisseur and this place lives up to expectations! I came here 2 days in a row that's how good the biscuits were. Next time I'll have to try the pancakes/waffles which I'd imagine are good too. Yesterday when I went they were celebrating some type of anniversary so they gave me a slice of cake for free which was awesome and unexpected. I don't live in Atlanta but I would definitely come back when I'm back in this area.

    Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuit

If the server is any indication I'm about to be disappointed. The biscuit sandwich was better than expected so good I ordered an extra biscuit with butter and honey. The server is obviously inexperienced so I'll just leave it at that.

I decided to have a tapas-style dinner with food from The Works and just had to grab some chicken from Delilah's. The menu is plentiful without being overwhelming, except when it comes to picking a favorite between the flavorful options. I knew that I didn't want or need a full meal and opted for their 3 whole wing option that came paired with cornbread. The young man who took my order was so polite and patient, as there were a few folks in line and waiting for previously placed orders. He let me know that my order would be ready in about 15 minutes so I took the time to continue my food-finding journey around the market. When I returned later, I had lost track of time and figured I'd just poke my head around their stall to see if my chicken was ready. It wasn't at that moment but I took some time to observe the process. There was only one guy in the open kitchen and prep area creating all of the meals and he was on the move. If I could add smells to my review, this one would smell like fried chicken and cornbread. It was all so fresh! When my order was ready, I only made one other stop before heading to my car to go home to my family... but not before I tested those whole wings from Delilah's. When I say that they were fresh out of the grease? Babehhh. It's like he just threw them right into the basket only seconds before. It was sooo crunchy, so juicy, just a fantastic wing. The hot sauce was a nice pairing but some spice in the breading/meat would have taken it over the top but this chicken was delicious. No notes.

Once my party and I arrived, it took Mr. Ross nearly 10 minutes to greet us. By the time he came over, we were already prepared to order. Our food and drinks arrived, but after that, Mr. Ross never returned to check on our table or ask if we needed refills. Instead, he spent close to 30 minutes standing at the bar talking with friends who were dining there. When he finally came back, we were so frustrated that we simply asked for the check. Even then, our drinks were never refilled. This level of service was very disappointing and unacceptable, especially on a Monday when the restaurant was not busy.

Couldn't have been happier with our choice. Reviews I'd seen online mentioned parking is a bit limited and that the restaurant is frequently busy. So we were prepared for that even though we were going on a Thursday mid morning. I think there was an influx of people celebrating graduations because it was in fact very busy. However we got very lucky with parking and happened to come in right as someone was leaving. I was sure we would have a wait for a table, which of course would have been fine, but actually we were seated immediately! Which was super nice and unexpected. The atmosphere is bustling but not in a bad way. The restaurant itself is adorable and has a lot of character. It feels like you're having breakfast at an old friend's house. The service was great and our food came out in a very reasonable amount of time. I ordered a specialty coffee, I believe it was the almond joy cold brew, and it was delicious. Strong, which is how I like it and not overly sweet. I ordered the chicken biscuit on the waiter's recommendation and it was absolutely the best fried chicken I've ever had. Juicy and crispy. My husband ordered the pimento cheese omelette and was very happy with it, the bacon was thick cut and smoky and flavorful. The pimento cheese grits that came on the side for me were also a stand out, such great flavor. The biscuits are fantastic and the blueberry basil jam that came with my husband's meal was such a nice touch. We will absolutely make a point to come back to Buttermilk Kitchen next time we visit the Atlanta area.

First things first: the Chicken Biscuit. Buttermilk Kitchen's biscuit is on the crunchy, honey-flavored side. I personally prefer fluffier, more buttery biscuits, so this one wasn't my favorite. That aside, the chicken was crispy and well-seasoned and paired well with the cheese grits. If you ever wanted a dry, crunchy version of Homegrown's Comfy Chicken Biscuit, come give this a shot. I also tried the Hash Bowl, which was a bit underwhelming. It was a *lot* of potatoes compared to the eggs and bacon bits, and there wasn't a lot of seasoning other than the bacon. Would rather recommend one of the other options if you end up visiting. The drinks are good as well, would recommend the matcha latte (not too sweet!) and the French Press coffee.
