He found no termite activity and said the stair damage was from wood rot/water damage. I really appreciate the time he spent inspecting the house and explaining what he found, especially since he didn't charge anything for the inspection. What really impressed me was that he didn't try to push me into buying a treatment or maintenance program. He gave me some options for preventative treatment, if I so desired, but didn't push me to have anything done. Just said to let him know if later I decided I was interested in doing something. Robbie came out to our house like the next day and took care of our problem . DNA Pest Control is Very Professional, is always on time for their appointments, and knowledgeable about Pest Control. I have had Orkin for at least 15 years or more for termite control. Every year there is a problem with either billing , or them coming out to do a termite inspection. You never know when they will decide to come. With that all said , I am considering having DNA Pest Control take over my Termime Protection Plan.
