I had told the owner that I would pay the bill but nonetheless, I didn't understand why bugs were in our home if this is the service that they provided. I was quickly given the runaround and different excuses. I'm a pretty reasonable person because I am also a small business owner, and in no way, am I trying to get out of paying a bill! I just want the work to be done correctly I told him. But I what I was hoping to be a simple conversation, ended up escalating quickly with the owner being unprofessional and said I'm going to Cancel you as a client keep your money! I was a bit shocked after he hung up on me while I was talking to him. It is not OK to treat your clients like this, especially in a time of need. But I guess that's how they do business. We'll definitely not recommend to anyone! Update after owner's reply: I don't mind paying for service and I told you this. But how am I supposed to pay for a service when it's not done correctly? I even offered to pay half! I just wanted the service to be done correctly. You followed by rudely giving excuse, excuses and talking over me. This guy had the audacity to call me and tell me his manager was at the dentist and he had to assist me! Yea right your boss needs to give me a call cancel my services and refund me! The crazy part is I had to step out of an office meeting to call Jeff and I couldn't remember the code to the gate which was already unlocked but he locked it when he attempted to put another code in the gate! They're all in the middle of the floor I had arrangements for my dog to go to a groomer which at 1:30 they were closing at 2:00 I wouldn't even been able to get her in there to have her out of the house for the 4 hours they requested. Because there's a note on my door to ring my doorbell so I wouldn't miss them. I looked outside at 1:30 and saw the truck parked in front of the office which makes me think they actually went into the office to let them know they were done I would imagine they wouldn't just up and leave without contacting someone or getting a signature but regardless that's a different issue... Now I have to do the whole thing over again in a month and I have to wait an additional month to get this crap handle because of the failure of both my apartment complex and this company and getting this treatment done. I want to make sure they don't get paid for doing the job they didn't do because my manager is about to drop off chemicals for me to do it myself and then I got to wait until the next month for them to do it all over again but this time I'm not going to go to the time and expense of clearing everything out they can basically baseboards in and outside... Since they treated both units there should be NO problem giving a full 60 day guarantee unless they are not sure of their work. They are not willing to give a guarantee and they are not giving the follow up inspection with the dog. $2,000 is dammed expensive for only 3 treatments!! They also refuse to return my calls!! I guess my next step will have to be the Better Business Bureau! Guaranteed I will find some agency that has some influence on them because a 78 year old woman has absolutely NO say or influence.
