The water pressure is way too strong and damaged the molding and stripes on my car. And these were just put on my car a few years ago, so age is not the issue here. I have a classic car and have never had this happen to my car in over 30 years! And note: there are NO disclaimers that say you and your car are about to enter into a hurricane of blasts that may damage your car. Why take the chance? Their prices are ridiculously high for a lousy job. I called to speak to the supposed 'manager' who said to send photos that same day and I did. No surprise, complete silence from the entire business. They had no intention of making anything right. That is even worse - that they would lie and then hide knowing they caused the damage (see picture attached). Not only does this car wash not know how to properly clean a car (the massive pressure spray just sprayed oil streaks all over my white paint), they don't even vacuum your car mats at least before they ruin your car! Poor 'management', poorly designed car wash system, and VERY expensive for having to drive your own car thru a tunnel. And the guy who 'supposedly' dries your car? He just smears the damage around. One guy helped me to retrieve a silk scarf that I accidentally vacuumed up! Another guy helped me get a tow hitch off of my truck that was stuck! They are kind and attentive. Feeling grateful. About three years ago when I moved here I tried wash and go depot and you got my car really clean…read more I don't know if they've changed something but the prices have gone through the roof and half the time I get home and end up having to do quite a bit of extra cleaning, I have a brand new car or at least three years old and it's parked in my garage it's not like it's parked under a tree full of bird nests or that there's a pack of wild pigeons after my car daily. So typically my car is on the cleaner side when I run through wash and go Depot. I've also noticed some fine line scratching, so I think it probably pays just wash your car at Home and Invest in some detailing equipment. It will mist certainly protect the factory paint and your investment.
