The appointment was confirmed and I received text updates 48 hours prior to my appointment. The morning of the appointment I received a message with an eta for Gustavo. He arrived, and was kind enough to slip on shoe coverings before entering the home. The process was quick, and he explained to me where he sprayed and what treatments he did. This had been one of the easiest companies for home service that I have dealt with. From customer support, to the actual appointment and service tech. Pricing was very reasonable and it was one of the factors when making my decision on which company to choose. I needed preventative care, and it was exactly what I got. Highly recommend, and Gustavo is wonderful, he even played with my dog for a min.

They came the next day and upsold my wife on a package to prevent termites as well (our house was termite proofed already and we have had no issues). In truth they could see how she was scared of mice and took advantage of her. They charged $2500 and placed 4 "victor" mouse traps in total. They spent 20 minutes on the property and did not do any sealing of the house. Of the traps they placed two were in the same one kitchen drawer. Another trap they placed under the bed in the guest room and did not tell anyone besides my housekeeper who barely speaks English - we opened that door and my dog entered the room and the trap snapped on him! There is literally a bowl of dog food and a dog bed in that room how negligent can these "professionals" be. Of course I called to discuss these issues but for days we were transferred manager to manager. In the end they refuse to issue a refund but I am still going to go with another company for the job. In the end I paid $2500 for 6 dollars worth of mouse traps and a ton of aggravation.

I'm so pleased with my pest service. Every time they come to spray my lawn or my interior, they are so kind and respectful. In addition if I ever have any problems, a quick call to the office is always answered by a very kind lady Marcy who is a true gem. For example, I called to mention that I saw some small pests indoors, and they were there within the week for an extra spray. Also, I am incredibly displeased with another service I bought prior to knowing royal pest, I'm sure everyone is familiar with Terminix. I already paid the initiation fee for termite control with Terminix, which was around $6000 for doing bait traps, but that is kind of where their service ended. Despite multiple calls to them, I haven't had any luck with having them come out a second time. I was thinking about switching to Royal pest for my termite control however, I already paid the initiation fee with Terminix and it doesn't really make sense to switch back over since I'm only paying a small continuation fee.     If I could give zero stars, I would…read more We scheduled our home to be tented for termites and arranged our entire weekend around it, including renting an apartment for our family because we couldn't stay in our home during the fumigation. A few days before the tenting we were told we needed to stay out of the house for an extra day because they wouldn't work Sunday. The rental cost us approximately $1,600. We had multiple confirmations and meetings with James "Jimmy" Dawkins ahead of the appointment. On Friday (6/26/26) the day they were supposed to arrive, our representative, Jimmy, told us someone would arrive late afternoon/early evening to begin the process. We waited. And waited. We followed up multiple times throughout the afternoon and received no response. By 8:00 PM, we had no choice but to leave for our rental because we couldn't risk being stranded without somewhere to stay. No one ever showed up. The next morning, Jimmy finally contacted us and admitted the missed appointment was his fault due to a scheduling typo. His solution was to have the work done on Monday instead. That was completely unacceptable after everything we'd already been put through. When we insisted the work be completed as originally planned, he said, "Okay, okay, give me five minutes." We never heard from him again. We then called the office and spoke with Lisa, who was genuinely kind and tried to help. She said her supervisor, Brian Gastineau, would call us. He never did. Lisa even followed up with us later to confirm that no one had contacted us - which they hadn't. To make matters even worse, the company charged our credit card Friday night for work that was never performed and then emailed us an invoice the following morning after they admitted they never booked the appointment. Mistakes happen. What separates a good company from a bad one is how they respond when they make them. In our case: No one showed up for the scheduled service. Communication was virtually nonexistent. Promises to call us back were repeatedly broken. Management never contacted us despite multiple opportunities. We incurred significant unnecessary expenses because of their mistakes. We were charged before the work was even completed. This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for our time and money. We trusted this company with a major service that required careful planning, and they failed us at every step. I sincerely hope no other family has to go through what we did.

    We were experiencing some large red ants in our upstairs bathroom, and we decided to contact Native…read morefor an evaluation. I was really impressed with my initial experience. They were very professional on the phone, kept their appointment time, and the gentleman who came out was very personable. He advised what type of ants they were and proposed a treatment plan and we proceeded to sign a 1-year contract. Unfortunately, we truly came to regret choosing Native. We were told by the salesman that they would clear all the webbings and spiders from outside the home, but this was NEVER done during ANY of our treatments. The exterminator who came said that the red ants were a different type of ant than the salesman who came, which was off-putting. While the red ant situation in the bathroom did resolve for the most part, we would still one or two every once in a while, and the overall pest control was a joke. During the entire year of service we continued having sugar ants in the kitchen, centipedes that would make their way inside as well as in the yard, and a million black crazy ants allllll over the patio and around the yard. We called to complain and they supposedly sent a "manager" out to us, but he barely discussed anything with my husband. My husband wasn't even aware he was dealing with a "manager" and I had to let him know after the fact. He said the person who came out didn't do anything different than the usual service people- and the "manager" also failed to remove the spider webs from the windows and yard area. It was a joke. We had ONE good exterminator come- Rangel- who was really wonderful. I voiced my complaints and disappointment to him and he was surprised that in all the time we had been receiving service the webs had not been cleared. It had been about 6 months already. He took his time on our home and spent about 45 minutes thoroughly applying products around the yard and clearing all the webbing from all upstairs and downstairs windows as well as in the yard. After his visit things did seem slightly better for a bit- but things returned after a month or so. Native offers to come re-treat the home if pests continue, but it just becomes redundant and useless after a point. It resolved nothing. I am not sure what products they use but I feel like they must be watered down or something. For the sugar ants in the house they placed the ordinary plastic ant trap trays. You do understand that I can go buy those anywhere on my own? If I wanted plastic ant traps all over my window sills and counters I would have done that myself. Before you may think this is a "me" problem, I assure you I keep a clean home - and when we had Orkin for 2 years we never saw a single pest- inside or out. The yard was free from any kind of ants or spiders. No sugar ants inside. No centipedes. No palmetto roaches that like to come inside when it rains. Nothing. We went with Native because they talked a good talk and seemed so professional, and the price was better than Orkin- but I guess this was a case where you get what you pay for- or maybe not even that. I gave two stars for professionalism and organization.
