The biggest issues were professionalism and care of the unit. On one visit, the technician made statements implying I was the source of the bed bugs that I "brought them in." Regardless of cause, that kind of blame felt inappropriate and unhelpful, especially when the problem appears broader than one unit. On the most recent visits, my apartment was left in worse condition than before the room was left heavily disturbed, there was noticeable residue left behind, and afterward I observed damage that was not present prior to service window covering, curtain damage and new scratches scuffs on my wood floors and furniture. This was a stressful experience, and I expected better care and communication especially after repeated visits. Because of the repeated issues, the condition my unit was left in, and the way the situation was handled, I would not recommend this company.

For years, they were extraordinarily reliable, and I was genuinely happy with their service. Unfortunately, their service has gone completely downhill. Recently, we've had bugs returning the same day they treat our home. I've brought this to their attention THREE separate times, yet the problem continues. On top of our regular service, I'm paying extra for mosquito stations that are clearly not working either. We are moving in two weeks but keeping this house, so I explained that I wanted to continue using them at the property, but if they couldn't get the pest problem under control, I would unfortunately have to cancel. After NINE YEARS of being a customer, I expected them to care about resolving the problem and keeping my business. Instead, the owner's response was unbelievably rude and dismissive. Rather than trying to understand why a longtime customer was suddenly unhappy or figuring out how to fix the problem, he essentially wanted to cancel my service. I was honestly shocked by the way I was treated after nearly a decade of loyalty. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have recommended Primate Pest Elimination to several friends over the years. A couple of those friends told me they thought the service was terrible, and at the time I genuinely didn't understand why because my experience had always been so positive. Unfortunately, now I understand. This used to be a wonderful company with wonderful service. Something has clearly changed. When a company would rather lose a nine-year customer than listen to legitimate concerns about a service that is no longer working, that says everything.
