I have had Panther Pest Control for 5 or 6 years now. I don't remember but oh my god they are the best! Susan and her team members are truly amazing. I live peacefully because I don't have those silly little ugly creatures around my house anymore. I live on a mound of ear wigs and I had them literally coming out my ears. They were just awful. It took a few months to finally be rid of them in the very beginning but now for the most part they are gone. A few days ago I noticed we were starting to get a fresh crop of them for this year. Susan and her staff have been fantastic in alleviating our rat visitor issue. Their follow up with coming out regularly to check progress with traps has been excellent. George and Ziah are both amazingly hard workers and willing to thoroughly check every possible cause of problems and resolve them. I especially like how when Ziah spent so much time in the attic checking, patching holes, and setting traps, he took videos on his phone and showed me what he had done. Ziah thoroughly patched a couple openings to outside in the attic that I didn't know were there and I didn't have to go into the attic to learn this. (My attic visit days are pretty much over!) A sea of 5 star ratings and glowing reviews, which really comes as no surprise after working with Panther to eradicate a dangerous bee problem. I had called another exterminator just prior, one of the top ones on Yelp, and they dispatched a beekeeper to evaluate the infestation. Unless I had nearly $2000 to terminate the colony by tearing apart my fascia and roof they could not help me. That's when I reached out to Panther. Susan sent her best beekeeper my way. He looks at the infestation, and says, "not a problem." Within an hour the problem is indeed over, without having to break my house apart (or bank account) in the process. I'm also given some post-extermination advice to keep the problem from happening again. Panther Pest Control killed it, no pun intended. read more

I don't even know where to begin. I have been so happy with Panther, best service call I have made in years. My neighbor cut down a bunch or overgrown bushes in his yard which released 100+ rats into the neighborhood. Guess they had their own private rat Club Med under those bushes. They got into our yard, house, in the walls and in the attic. I tried everything to get rid of them. I was trapping 2-3 per night in the yard and shed, every night of the week. I thought I was doing good, they were naming rat cemetaries after me. But no matter what I tried they kept coming back. One night, in the middle of the night, some kind of scuba rat climbed down pipe thing on the roof, swam through the pipes, and popped up out of our toilet in master bedroom like some kind of a disturbing magic trick. So there I am... chasing around a crap-water soaked rodent in my underwear with a broom and a pizza box when I had finally had enough and called the professionals at Panther. Okay so it's a little thing, but I love that I can contact them by text message and set up appointments that way. It makes it so easy. As to more important things, they are honest, trustworthy, and know what they are doing. We had a rat in our walls from crawling up the air unit. They got it out and sealed everything all up and haven't had a problem since. Round 2, we had black widows and ants in our house and the man who came out was able to spot where they were coming from and hiding and treated everything while being conscientious of us having small children and knowing we didn't want chemicals covering everything.
