Joe did the setup. 5 minutes later key fob failed. He was on the phone with the manufacturer right away! New one to be sent out. But Joe calls me 5 minutes later and says another one was located!!! Joe programmed the new one and made sure it was working. Even found out the first one was defective from the manufacturer. His professionalism and customer service is very much appreciated!

We decided to take the trip and it was worth it. The Fox Vally location had the most patio future displays we'd seen and we quickly found the Gensun Grand Terrace set we were interested in. Soon after, Chris (store manager) came to answer questions for us and was very informative on the brand, including pros/cons and comparisons. His knowledge on Gensun alone sold us on the set; but his customer service working thru purchase and delivery were amazing. We had one smaller issue with delivery and he quickly offered a resolution. I would very highly recommend working with Chris at the Aurora store to anyone looking to upgrade their patio space.
