When the installer team came out, they did not replace the boards and told me new boards were unnecessary. I was still charged for the board replacements anyway. I disputed this directly with the company on March 19th, the day of the installation, and did not receive a follow-up. I had to reach back out on March 31st to continue addressing the issue. At that point, they asked for photos, despite my earlier explanation that photos would not prove anything because of the nature of the work. Today, they responded by saying the pictures were "not proof" and agreed to issue a refund, but only after I pushed the issue. At that point, it's no longer just about the money. It's about integrity, poor internal communication, and how a legitimate customer concerns are handled by this business.

He was nice, and precise. My only complaints would be that Aaliyah, the girl at the store, wasn't there when we went to pay. She told me she would be there till 4, but wasn't there at 3. Another woman came in looking for her too, she got the commission, but didn't do any of the paperwork! Also, definitely pay for them to move your furniture. We scratched our floor 2 hours after having it installed when moving the fridge :(. I thought the vinyl plank would be more durable. It is nice we don't have to worry about water damage on the vinyl though.

Lastly if your pets are as important to you as mine are to me Dennis is the guy you want. He's extremely nice to my dogs and cat. Plus my dogs love him. My female dog does not like strangers and I was shocked that she loved him. That alone says a lot about his character.

so glad we listened to all the great yelp reviews and connected with kevin. my husband and i…read morerecently moved into our house where the carpet reeked of cat urine and the smell would not go away no matter how many times we had professional cleaning done. so we decided to get rid of the carpet and install new ones. kevin came by with multiple samples and explained the pros/cons of each material. we got a reasonable quote and decided to move forward. the style we ended up choosing went out of stock but the one he recommended in lieu of it was even better! our installation was scheduled for two weeks later. my only qualm was that on the day of, we were expecting it to start in the morning but they didn't arrive until between noon and 1. it seemed their last job took longer than expected. they ended up finishing a little before 4. so roughly 3 hours to uninstall/install for 600 sq ft of carpet. kevin typically stops by for a follow-up, which we had to schedule and he said all looked good. and the best part is that the cat urine smell is gone!

We are getting our very large basement covered with new vinyl flooring, quite an expense and in preparation we put all loose objects in bins and boxes so the installers could move to one side of the basement while they install. There is plenty of room to do half at a time. We had the current carpeting installed with no problem but this time they informed us we hade to move all that stuff out of basement , even mentioning the bedding as if that makes a difference on moving furniture. After using FCA for everything we needed, that ends now.

It's a newer store with tons of customers taking in this exciting new place but I will say one of my complaints is that me and my wife experienced lack of toilet paper in their restrooms. Not the cleanest store nor are they as humerously engaging like their Ohio stores. Wouldn't mind coming back again!
