The manager Christopher treats everyone with the same respect and kindness. He plays kid appropriate music, blows bubbles for them and use to do songs to have all of them interact with each other. He also had sock puppets to help calm down kids who had melt downs; unfortunately they had to do away with it due to it being "inappropriate." I feel like it was a nice way to help sooth the kids so that they know this is a safe space. He always goes over regulations with the parents, and ask that we read the safety rules, to always keep an eye on our kids. When there's a lot of kids they tend to get rowdy and feed off of each other so it's imperative for us to watch them. We have to sign in with our names and our kids to help regulate safety measures for them. If we need to leave at anytime for any reason we need to make sure we have a reliable adult/ friend to watch our children; if not we need to take them with us. Unfortunately there aren't any bathrooms here, but he does direct us to where the restrooms are. Another thing is if you purchase the slip resistant socks you can always bring them for your kids instead of paying $2.50 + tax every time for a new pair. I feel like bounce city is fairly priced compared to other jumping places. You only have to pay $13.20 with tax to be here all day if you wanted to, and you don't have to keep paying. As long as you have your receipt you're good. This place is pretty wholesome fun environment for kids.

They have a massage chair in the lobby that says it costs $1 for 3 min. My husband put in $1 and it wouldn't work. The guy working told my husband it actually costs $2. My husband didn't have another dollar bill on him so he explained to the employee that it only said $1 and that he only has a $5. He asked the employee to make change so he could put another $1 in and the employee told him no. There was also no way to get the $1 we already put in back out. There was no reason the employee couldn't have just made change for the $5 besides the fact he was too busy playing on his phone to be bothered.

My group was brought over from our hotel on trolleys and directed up a flight of stairs. Once we found the correct door, we were led into the dolphin room. We had cocktail hour there, which was cool - as we could walk around the dolphin exhibit while enjoying a cocktail (or 3). After cocktails, we went upstairs to a ballroom area and had dinner and drinks, listened to award presentations, and then had a live band with karaoke. The catering staff was great, although the fish entree was cold and not very flavorful (not the fault of the aquarium IMO). This was a highlight of my business trip and I thoroughly enjoyed the dolphins.

Literally no fish whatsoever. You walk around the tank as you walk around the aquarium there are window all the way around, but again, the tank was completely empty. There were other areas of the aquarium that were under construction due to either renovations or expansion. Due to this there were multiple enclosures that had no fish are animals to view. It's a little disappointing when you are traveling for vacation and the aquarium was the place that your daughter was looking forward to the most. All this while still charging full price for admission. All that being said, they have a very friendly and informed staff and volunteers that clearly do a lot for the marine life. It is very commendable the way they are nursing injured marine life back to health. Definitely more of a rescue center than an aquarium.

Fun place to spend time with the family…read more My son is one, so maybe a little young for these games, but we were looking for something to do inside so we thought, hey, why not. They start by stamping everyone with black light numbers to make sure you don't leave with someone else's kid. I think this is a great idea because most of the kids are running around without their parents. There are two areas, on the left is the younger kid section where there are small rides like the type you see at the mall and a couple of games. On the right there is the main area with the arcade games and stage. I really like this split because my son could play on the left without getting trampled. We came at about noon on a Saturday so I would have thought there'd be more people here. Either we lucked out or it's always only moderately busy, but it was the perfect amount of people. They probably could have had an additional person working the cash register for food orders, but the line moved pretty quickly. The pizza does take a while to come out, but when you're playing games, you really don't notice. The only thing is you need one person to stay at the table with the number so if you have a younger kid, it works well to have two parents there. They do have an unlimited salad bar that touts over 40 ingredients, but it looked SO SAD. I took a pic just because I found it humorous. However, the fact that they have an option is worth accolades, because everything else is calorie dense. Of course, we had to go with an XL pizza with a stuffed crust. The stuffed crust is so worth it. It tasted like mozarella in the crust. The pizza itself was pretty good - nicely seasoned. Three adults managed to eat the whole pizza. Honestly, we should have gone with a large, because that XL was a bit much, but we powered through. Periodically Chuck E. comes out and does a ticket throw, where all the kids gather around him and he tosses tickets in the air. It was a bit bizarre. I'm actually not a fan of that. I miss the actual shows when the animatronic Chuck E. and band would perform on stage. There was an animatronic Chuck E. on the stage, but I never really saw her move too much. There was only a video with kids/adults dancing, which was mostly ignored by the patrons. The prizes didn't look that appealing, but I think kids really come here more for the games and the little plastic toy is an afterthought. You can get unlimited playtime or tokens. We went the token route, which made sense because my son really used like five tokens for rides and then ran around the rest of the time. Most games are one token so 33 of them last a long time (which is the least amount of tokens you can get). I enjoyed my time here. We will definitely be back.

Games were good, but you need special socks for the trampoline and slide area and I had to wait several minutes like close to 10 minutes while one attendant helped another guest at the counter to buy $10 socks per child so that they could go into area, and multiple employees walked by me, including the attendant that refused our children and we're not selling me the socks. Manager saw me and went and found someone who was apparently just sitting in the back so they could sell me these $10 per pair of socks, even though our children were in grippy socks. they're also should be sanitizer everywhere, but there's not
