It also did not have any steps for access to the backyard. We spent a year and a half contacting contractor after contractor, no one wanted to help us get our deck up to par. Not one person that came out to look at the deck would give us an estimate on what it would take to fix the deck. Some told us they would only give us pricing for a new deck, others just ghosted us all together. Enter Mark Skerlec. Mark listened to our needs and then gave us a variety of options that could rectify the issues with the deck. After making our final decisions Mark quickly scheduled a date to begin his work. He was clean, he was quick, and he did incredible work. Our deck no longer sags. It no longer bounces when you walk on it. I also finally have direct access to the backyard. The most amazing part is Mark was able to take the time to match up the parts he used with the current design of the deck. Looking at it you would never know that it was once a monstrous atrocity. In fact, in my review I stated that all I asked for was the curtesy to let me know you'd decided you were no longer interested in the job. I left a voicemail, asking if you'd decided not to do it. It would not have required you to drop anything to take less than 30 seconds to reply to the text I had sent with the photos and say you were no longer interested. That would have demonstrated a level of professionalism and common courtesy that should be a cornerstone of your business. Instead, you decide to respond to this review three years later with a passive-aggressive reply that only serves to make you look incredibly unprofessional. No part of my review was unreasonable, and the resolution that I said I hoped for was completely fair. Sending a text message would not have endangered your life or your health, but it would have gone a long way to showing that you're a decent person who cares about doing right by people, even when you aren't going to take the job.

They installed a door handle and deadbolt to replace an outdated set, which of course was a size they don't make anymore, and the door was metal They drilled the hole out, taking care to put down a mat to catch the debris. I manage 3 Air BnBs and have used Main Maintenance several times now. The first time was when I was in a desperate situation after someone renovated my bathroom and destroyed it. Ben came and fixed everything in the nick of time so I didn't have to cancel my guests. He is so sweet and such a professional and always comes through with a crew of guys who all know so much. Plus he is very reasonably priced! He always gets back to me immediately, and even though he is usually booked up, he will come immediately for an emergency and even came to do a job over the weekend because I was desperate to get it turned around. Being in the city, the neighbors house is only 5 feet from ours so re-pointing the joints was a challenge. Domenic's team got all the joints on the left side of the 3 story high building without any mess to the neighbors and the job was perfect! Can't say enough of the great job they did!
