I willingly paid for the measuring consult, but when I cancel the slab order, I was hit with a $980 restocking fee. This was never mentioned when I initially inquired about the refund, in the event I changed my mind, once again, for any reason. This is not a trustworthy company, they are the only ones in the area that charge a restocking fee. All of the other slab companies have told me that they just keep the slab, and are confident they will resell it. Apparently Italian marble likes to double dip as I'm sure they turned around and resold the slab and immediately made a $980 profit on it. Stay far away from them. The Granite Shop in Wheatfield is a great place to get slabs. Check them out instead of this ripoff place.

The owner of the business did the install himself with one other person and stayed until 9pm to make sure my counter looked perfect before leaving. I know from working with them so much trying to find the slab of my dreams that they work long hours...
