Waited & waited for a replacement piece of fence as many were broken. Finally on the way after over 1-1/2 hours. (I knew where this was going) Immediately she went into a sales pitch about replacing all of my windows and throwing in an obviously rehearsed sales pitch. When I told her I didn't have the money to replace all of my windows now, she said, well I have to tell you we are booking out to 8 weeks. That's the same as getting a ridiculously high quote for a job a contractor doesn't want to do. I guarantee you if I wanted all of my windows replaced, I would not have an 8 week wait. If you're looking to replace all of your windows and doors, perhaps this is a good option for you but clearly they could not be bothered with a "small job" like mine when there's bigger fish to fry. So when it's time to replace my windows, and that day is coming, because they didn't want to help me now, I won't go to them for the big job.
