My husband and I moved into a building managed by Building Equity in October and have been very happy with the management of the building so far. All payments and requests are handled through an online portal which makes it simple to reach out and quickly report any issues. And they are always fast to respond and resolve issues. The super doesn't live on site as he works at multiple buildings, but is easy to reach by cell or text when needed. The building is well maintained. And I was very happy that, over the winter, they made multiple trips to check all apartments, make sure the heat was working, and monitor the heat levels to make sure that it was not too hot or cold. Due to work relocation, I had to move out of the apartment one month after moving in. The Building Equity Management team was very understanding.
