I've a small flat…read moreroof on the 3rd floor that was leaking constantly and my idea was to replace the whole roof. I called and they came right over. I did mention I wanted it replaced, but they said the best thing to do was to use white silicone coating and it will stop anything. So, I said ok. They got the job done in June of 2020. It looked good, not what I was looking for, but I trusted them and I thought it was fine. They also gave me a 5 year warranty. Fast forward to Autumn of 2024, and it started leaking again. I called and said I want to use the warranty. Communication was not as great. They constantly told me they are going to troubleshoot it and get to the bottom of it. It seemed like they were surprised that the silicone didn't stop it. They did visit, but kept on saying it doesn't look like their work, but they will get a guy who can give a masterclass on finding leaks. They never returned and the warranty had expired as time slipped by. I ended up going with their competitors. The competition replaced the whole roof, found the leak in the process, and used ingenuity to prevent it from ever leaking again. DeMuro was a huge disappointment and I regret spending $4,750 with them. They did replace my gutters and I was happy about that, but they subbed that out, so not really their work.

There were then further surprises when the old roof was taken off and the underlayment of plywood was found to be rotten. Through it all, Sonny kept me informed and moved quickly to keep the job on track. It felt like no more than an hour passed between discovering the plywood issue and the supplier pulling up with the needed wood. The workers worked quickly and efficiently on some very hot days and I am grateful and impressed by their work. Full roof replacement with new gutters (and a new plywood layer) all in 2-1/2 days. And prices were very reasonable. And it's goregous. I am so glad that I received this referral and love my new roof.

I was confused by her question and asked what did she mean. She said "we offer a spring clean up with weekly maintenance." I told her we were thinking of monthly maintenance after the first service to see if we were satisfied. She cut me off and said very sternly "no, that's not how it works. We come weekly." I explained to her that it's my yard, first off, and it's a 7 x 10ft patch of grass behind a townhouse, we don't need someone weekly. She said "well that's not how we do things." This is my house and I dictate how it works, she then accused ME of being nasty! Her job was customer service, she should not be talking to ppl like that or telling them what they need at their home. She hadn't even seen the property and probably never would as she just answers phones and I'm sure is not mowing lawns or raking leaves. Last thing I needed at 9:30am, great way to start the day. Definitely would not recommend based on the attitude I received over the phone, I would not give them my money.
