I called Boston Executive Limo Services and they were able to accommodate my less than 48 hour request. Everything worked as it was supposed to: I got follow up email confirmation, had a text from my driver when I landed and he was right there with the car when I arrived, even with my flight being 20mins early. He had loads of options and was very flexible on what they could do, where they could pick us up, and where to be dropped off. He's had tons of experience and gave us tips of things to think about along the way to make our day better. The drivers we had were incredibly prompt, professional, and were there to help all of us have the most enjoyable time. On a day where it was 85 and humid, the drivers made sure the vehicles were well stocked, cooled, and cleaned. Our trolley driver even went across the street to a convenience store to buy us ice for the cooler so our beers would stay cool for after the ceremony! Even with some last minute changes on drop off locations, the drivers were easy going and made it happen. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with and we would recommend them to anyone who is looking for transportation. They promised us a 4:30 arrival and Stanley texted at 4:00 stating he was arriving at 4:15. He was there at the exact minute he promised. We had the Mercedes Sprinter van. Originally, we had the stretch Limousine, but due to a mechanical issue, it was unavailable, so Patriot upgraded us to the Sprinter which is a larger vehicle and an incredibly comfortable ride. Most importantly, they upgraded us at zero additional cost. Inside the Sprinter was new and immaculate. We synched the stereo easily to my phone via BlueTooth and played our music the entire ride. When it came time to leave our event, I texted Stanley when we wanted to be picked up and he was there exactly on time. After the precision pickup, I never had any concerns. We had an amazing night and the flawless transportation was the icing on the cake. A big thanks to the team at Patriot especially our professional, courteous, punctual driver, Stanley.
