Vehicles were frequently unavailable or experiencing mechanical problems, and there did not appear to be a dedicated fleet. Because of the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to pay for services rendered, I would not recommend this company to customers or contractors.

We were picked up at 5:00 a.m. with no problem; our driver, Don, was there about ten minutes early. We had a small puppy with us, who cried a bit in her carrier, and Don was kind and let us know he didn't mind. Although, the videos and photos of the fleet are very well done too and very representative of the real thing. Sometimes you can look at photos and when the car arrives it's not exactly the same. This was not the case. We used their service for a trip to NYC. We took their Mercedes sprinter van down and back in the same day. The layout of the van was great and the ride was comfortable. What made the trip was our driver, Michael. He was so personable, friendly and accommodating. My family couldn't sing his praises enough.
