Our entire experience with Ludwig, from the initial conversation all the way through wedding day, was spectacular. Jeff helped my wife and I coordinate and curate exactly what we were looking for. He had loads of options and was very flexible on what they could do, where they could pick us up, and where to be dropped off. He's had tons of experience and gave us tips of things to think about along the way to make our day better. The drivers we had were incredibly prompt, professional, and were there to help all of us have the most enjoyable time. On a day where it was 85 and humid, the drivers made sure the vehicles were well stocked, cooled, and cleaned. Our trolley driver even went across the street to a convenience store to buy us ice for the cooler so our beers would stay cool for after the ceremony! Even with some last minute changes on drop off locations, the drivers were easy going and made it happen. Listen, I had possibly one of the best customer service experiences of my life, because I booked with Ludwig's Limousine Service. My event was on a Monday, which was a comedy show at the Wilbur Theater, located in the busiest part of Boston (Downtown) So my driver, MILES, was a total fu*** Rockstar from start to finish, let me highlight his total perfection here. 1)Showed up half n hour early 2) Greeted me by name as I approached the car 3)Called me on the phone to let me know of his arrival 4)Parked at a nearby shopping center so that he wouldn't block the cars in my apartments parking lot 5) had an umbrella and held it over my head as I entered and exited the vehicle in the pouring rain 6) Got to the venue in record breaking time 7) Entered into the venue, after the show, again in the pouring rain to locate me and tell me that some of the party I was waiting on was indeed in the limo already 8) Found out when the show's end time was IN ADVANCE and asked that I call him 15 min before the shows end so that he could be out front waiting.......IN THE POURING RAIN 9) I also asked that he make an unscheduled pitt stop, and he obliged. I got married yesterday, October 6, 2023 and Ludwig's limousine made my day so magical. I called them about a year ago asking if they would be willing to let me use their wedding trolley for three trips. One trip was to pick up my groom and his groomsmen in Haverhill. The other was to pick up me, the bride and my bridesmaids and Peabody, bring us to our venue in Peabody and then at the end of the night to, bring us back to Peabody for the after party l. I decided last minute to hire a limo for my daughter's 16th birthday and Ludwigs was able to accommodate me. They showed up on time with an immaculate stretch limo. Michael, our driver, arrived on time, was professional and was really nice, and did such a great job getting us around, bringing the bride to the church, getting us to the wedding picture locations, and then taking us to the reception. We booked this company for a private car after our wedding and we got a complimentary upgrade to a full limo, which was very nice. The driver was very nice and professional. The owner was a bit difficult to communicate with on the phone and made sure to tell us that if our wedding ran late and if the driver had to wait longer than 15 minutes than we would be charged additional fees. We didn't encounter this, but just a heads up. The tip was included which was very nice. read more

My experience with Ludwig's was absolutely perfect. I contacted Ludwig's via their online form, requesting an 8 person limo for a 6+ hour night on the town for my girlfriend's birthday. Joe, the driver, played an incredible part in the wedding from picking up the bridal party at the salon to transporting guests from the church to the hotel. He also worked with the church wedding coordinator on when the bridal party should enter the church, and then explained in great detail how the girls should march down the aisle. We used Ludwig's for chauffeured transfers for my daughter's wedding in July. I did a lot of comparison shopping for best pricing and Jeff was willing to price out transfers as opposed to a wedding 'package', thus providing us with a reasonable cost that fit our budget and vehicles that fit our group's needs. We booked their party bus and a stretch limo. The party bus was excellent, clean and comfortable and had fantastic air conditioning. They provide chilled water for all guests. The limo, although less comfortable than the bus due to the low ceiling and weak a/c was still a fun ride with a great driver. The pricing was a great deal and the drivers were pleasant, professional and punctual. We even called at the last minute to see if they could send the return ride earlier and they were able to accommodate our request. I feel comfortable recommending this service anytime. I had called around to a few places looking for a limo for my daughter & her friends for their senior prom. I called Ludwig's and spoke with Jeff. He was very accommodating for what we were looking for. He even offered us a 10 passenger limo for the cost of an 8 passenger which to begin with was at a very fair price.
