The whole operation was professional - both the back-office team and the installers, Kody and Rob. They're advertising on social media and their prices are good, so they're obviously putting in effort to attract new customers. Prior to signing with them, I asked if they could give me advice on how to improve my lawn as I had worked with other lawn care services, asked for assistance, and hadn't received it and my lawn was in bad shape. They stated that is exactly how their "partnership" with me would work - they were happy to advise me. After the first treatment, I sent an email asking for their advice, since they had seen the lawn and could point out particulars. Patrick told me in an email response to read the lawncare guide they attached to the email. I requested a phone call a second time. I just wanted a human to talk to me and give me actual lawn care advice. As in a conversation. Patrick called me and was argumentative and said that everything was in their scope of work and that they had photos of my lawn if I wanted to see them. Again, I needed advice. Patrick, became argumentative. I said several times that I wasn't going to argue with him. He said, "Ma'am, let me speak." I followed up with a discontinuation of services email. They gave me a refund, but honestly I wouldn't have minded paying more (much more) if they could provide good, friendly service. I even offered to pay a consulting fee or additional money for special seeding - or whatever it took.
