I have a property in a community that they "manage" and I can tell you their service is horrible, especially for what you are paying for. I have begged for our community to lose this management company and will continue to do so because they are that bad. I have sent several HOA fee checks to these folks and they (their processing center clowns) have misplaced so many of my checks that I have to pay via eCheck now and get charged $5 for the convenience. I can only imagine that my checks were sitting unprocessed in a box somewhere in a dark corner these many times. Each time, as I am getting down to late fee date and my check is not applied, I call to check the status of the check I sent and have been told to put a stop on the old check and send another immediately. Every time this happened they tried to, at the last minute, process the check anyway - so then they assess me a "non-refundable" $40 NSF fee each time!! Our account was locked recently due to a fraud attempt by our credit union on the night they drafted the payment so I called to make the payment manually and to ask if they would waive the NSF fee because the account was not NSF and was locked out of our control by the credit union. InfoHOA gave me the runaround in all cases and pointed to the community's HOA committee to waive the fee. The HOA Board said they cannot waive a fee when they do not have access to InfoHOA to do so. InfoHOA says no they cannot do it either - such BS!! Their "Support" staff simply don't support you at all. There is no one to talk to do anything for you but ask if they have your payment. The InfoHOA administrators that directly support our HOA are pretty lame too with the overall attitude of "Sorry, not mah job." when you ask them to do anything and if, by any chance they do, they make you feel like you work for them. The administrators have bad to no communication skills, they are always irritated and short with you, they have absolutely no patience and make it abundantly clear that they absolutely do not want to talk to you. It is unbelievable that InfoHOA management continues to allow these arrogant representatives to have jobs when they treat customers like trash! If I could give them a negative star I would.

We did eventually find our way there. Vanessa gave us a tour of the building and told us the history of Silo Point. The B&O railroad grain elevator was built in 1923 and was the largest and fastest in the world. By 2003, the property had become dilapidated. The 300-foot tall building was redeveloped into luxury condos. Vanessa pointed out how much of the original grain elevator features they were able to keep. Silo Point sits on 50 acres of waterfront which gives you a 360 degree spectacular view of the Baltimore Harbor and City Skyline. We were able to see the common areas used by the residents and several condos that are for sale. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting Silo Point.

We were looking for a 2 bedroom but realtor wasn't interested in directing us to another unit? Location is great. Easy on and off highway access. Parking was interesting possibly could park on floor where unit is. Someone posted on another forum about mold issues and an engineer getting sick. Buyer or renter as tons of questions. Very contemporary units that are large with great light. Hallways are large and very clean.
