I have a property in a community that they "manage" and I can tell you their service is horrible, especially for what you are paying for. I have begged for our community to lose this management company and will continue to do so because they are that bad. I have sent several HOA fee checks to these folks and they (their processing center clowns) have misplaced so many of my checks that I have to pay via eCheck now and get charged $5 for the convenience. I can only imagine that my checks were sitting unprocessed in a box somewhere in a dark corner these many times. Each time, as I am getting down to late fee date and my check is not applied, I call to check the status of the check I sent and have been told to put a stop on the old check and send another immediately. Every time this happened they tried to, at the last minute, process the check anyway - so then they assess me a "non-refundable" $40 NSF fee each time!! Our account was locked recently due to a fraud attempt by our credit union on the night they drafted the payment so I called to make the payment manually and to ask if they would waive the NSF fee because the account was not NSF and was locked out of our control by the credit union. InfoHOA gave me the runaround in all cases and pointed to the community's HOA committee to waive the fee. The HOA Board said they cannot waive a fee when they do not have access to InfoHOA to do so. InfoHOA says no they cannot do it either - such BS!! Their "Support" staff simply don't support you at all. There is no one to talk to do anything for you but ask if they have your payment. The InfoHOA administrators that directly support our HOA are pretty lame too with the overall attitude of "Sorry, not mah job." when you ask them to do anything and if, by any chance they do, they make you feel like you work for them. The administrators have bad to no communication skills, they are always irritated and short with you, they have absolutely no patience and make it abundantly clear that they absolutely do not want to talk to you. It is unbelievable that InfoHOA management continues to allow these arrogant representatives to have jobs when they treat customers like trash! If I could give them a negative star I would.

At Bulle Rock housing Association, "Life Imitates Vacation"…read more... ...For real. I've heard Bulle Rock is named after a horse. All of the streets I've seen are also named after horses. Maybe it was once a horse farm??? It's now an extremely large, picturesque, gated community here in Havre de Grace. The common areas include lakes, walking trails, tennis courts, golf course, indoor (heated) and outdoor pool, (The Silk) restaurant and the resident's club. The outdoor pool usually opens for the summer season on Memorial Day weekend. **Spalsh** (see my bikini pics 2018). You'll find condos, single family homes and villas with the most luxurious feel to them. The quality of these homes are to be praised. I've been inside a few of these already lived-in homes and "House Hunters International", or "Amazing Homes" wants nothing with the Bulle Rock homes. They're gorgeous. My aunt and her family love it here! Each time I visit, it seems the developers have yet again extended the land and there's more room available for more homes. There are model houses for you to peruse if you're interested in purchasing a home here. I suggest you peruse for builders as well because from what I understand, there are several who work with this development and if you're more of the trailblazer type, your house can be built to your specification. I also love seeing deer families as we drive/walk by! I'll be back. I mean c'mon, my auntie is a great cook! The End.

We'll we receive an overwhelming amount of emails from Bulle Rock about EVERYTHING. If you noticed that one of your residents never changed their method of payment, why not call, send a letter in the mail, or send a certified letter to make sure we are aware of important changes, especially pertaining to finances??? Instead of doing that, they take you to court and place judgements against you as if you are trying to live in a community and not pay your HOA dues. I am very disappointed with the method in which they operate. And it takes months to correct once you've paid your dues in full. Great job Bulle Rock!!

    Naca - NACA HOUSING PROGRAMS

    Naca

I started my application with NACA right when I was about to lose hope of buying my first home…read more In 2025, I applied with several lenders in Texas, and the experience was very disappointing. I even visited Lennar, the home builder, and at first it seemed better to finance with them because they offered a 3% interest rate instead of the 7.5% other lenders were offering, even though my credit score was around 720 at the time. However, after asking a few questions, I learned that the 3% rate was only for the first year. After that, it would increase to around 7%. The monthly payment for a small 1,100 sq ft house priced at about $220,000 would start around $1,600 and then climb to almost $2,000. That felt very predatory to me, so I decided to give up for a while. In 2026, I started researching again. I literally asked an AI how it might be possible to get a home with an interest rate close to 1%, and that's how I discovered NACA. At first I didn't believe it, but after reading many reviews it became clear that it really is possible if you are willing to learn and go through the process, which can take anywhere from 3 to 12 months depending on your savings habits, debt ratio, and income. After completing the online trainings (which took about 3 hours at my own pace), I was contacted by Erika, my NACA counselor, and we scheduled an online appointment. Erika was extremely helpful and professional. She explained everything very clearly and helped me understand the program. We calculated my desired monthly payment, and for a $250,000 house the estimated payment would be about $1,300 per month for 30 years -- with no down payment, no closing costs, and no mortgage insurance. Erika double-checked my income and debts (in my case only a car loan), and I was instructed to save the difference between my current rent and the estimated house payment for two more months. Then we looked at applying a grant and using about $10,000 of my savings to buy down the interest rate instead of putting money toward a down payment (which is not required with NACA). With that strategy, the payment could be around $1,150 per month with an estimated 0.75% interest rate for the full 30 years. Unlike the Lennar offer, this rate reduction would be permanent. This is what a non-predatory lender looks like. I'm very glad I didn't go with Lennar or a traditional lender. I probably would have had to stretch my finances too much just to keep up with the payments. After my first meeting with Erika, she scheduled a follow-up appointment for two weeks later. I'm looking forward to continuing the process and working with her.
