Since move-in, I've dealt with a long list of maintenance and administrative issues. The apartment's air conditioning did not work, the master shower wouldn't drain properly, the shower diverter was broken, the dishwasher leaked, and my mailbox was taped shut from the inside with "VACANT" written on it. I was also told parking was available before signing my lease, only to learn afterward that there were no garage spaces available. In addition, I was incorrectly charged for renter's insurance despite providing proof of coverage, and I've had difficulty getting responses from management. The biggest issue has been the air conditioning. After multiple unsuccessful repair attempts, management informed me that the rooftop HVAC equipment serving my apartment needs to be replaced and that the replacement is expected to take approximately three weeks. Portable A/C units have been provided, but my apartment has still remained uncomfortably warm (over 80 degrees at night, and warmer during the day) What has been most frustrating is that this all occurred within the first few weeks of living here. I understand that maintenance issues can happen in any building, but the number of problems, combined with slow communication and extended repair timelines, has made for a very poor move-in experience. I'm hopeful management will work with me to find a reasonable resolution, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this property.

The first day we walked in it was beautiful, the office was well decorated, free starbucks coffe and hot chocolate, the club house was amazing, they have a computer area with a fireplace, this is by far the best buisiness center i have ever seen. Top of the line apple mac pcs, fully equipped gymn, place to play pool, hold meetings, and did i tell you showers where you can clean up after your workout and an area to put the kids while you do?and its free. Their pool is beautiful, the only thing i can compare it to is a mini amazument park pool. My kids will love this place in the summer i cant wait. Our leasing agent was mrs barbara. She was amazing, treated us so well and we felt right at home. She asked us what we wanted, showes us the apartment, the hallways smelt amazing, not sure what they use but it smells amazing! The apartment itself was everything we dreamed off, wall to wall carpet, wooden floors in some areas, marble countertops, stainless steel appliancea, garden tubs, lights everywhere in the house. This place took our breathe away. You can tell management put their time into getting this place together. Their maintenance comes out before 24 hrs if you have an emergency, there is front door trash pickup 2x a week. We were soo happy we applied the same day and signed our lease within a week. We have kids and it was very important for us to feel at home before going anywhere so they definetely met our expectations. I am someone who is very particular abt everywhere we go. I check reviews and give honest feedback to help others do the same for theirs. The day we moved in, omgg... they had treats and notes all over the apartment for us, snack treats in the fridge, papertowel, soap and a sponge with a note by the kitchen sink, samples in the bathroom, a duckie and a towel near the shower in the master, even a sample laundry detergent in the laundry room. This place is georgeous, the only thing i didnt like was i didnt have a balcony, but the fact that we had everything else we could possible have , made it worth over looking to me. So far this was a great decision. We moved in and are excited about our stay here. They worked with us by offering signup deals, it is extremely amazing how far they were willing to go to make us stay, and i cant believe the price.. Im surprised this place isnt full yet. This property is worth every dime. We are new happy residents of Enclave at Boxhill.

We've been extremely happy with every interaction we've had with the team. From our first tour, Josh set the bar high. He was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and not once did I feel rushed. My spouse especially appreciated how engaged and detail-oriented he was in walking us through the building. From that initial tour to move-in day, every team member we encountered was attentive and informative. What stood out the most was the level of organization and structure in place for the move-in process. It made everything smooth and stress-free. We've previously rented with Greystar, and this has truly been an upgrade. The amenities here are top tier, and Josh made sure we were familiar with everything the building has to offer. We really appreciated that, because with a building this large, it's easy to go months without realizing what's available if no one takes the time to show you. Between the personal tour and the maps provided, they made sure we were fully set up from day one. The welcome package was a great surprise a cooler backpack filled with move-in essentials and a folder of helpful information. That level of thoughtfulness was a first for us. The environment here is also very entrepreneur friendly. There are plenty of workspaces, fast Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee and tea, and everything has been consistently clean. They make false advertisement on their website; we don't have a rooftop, our courtyard is under construction since a while. The gym equipment is new and nice but was ready a few months later than we moved. Overall, the apartments are better in looks than they are in quality. To compare prices, the apartments are slightly bigger than the ones in Union Wharf (we have seen 1bedrooms) but the facilities are poorer. Also, they were open before things were ready (back garage door didn't have a lock for a few months (on our first week l got my brand new bike's seat stolen, recently they broke into some peoples cars etc.), our trash chute is broken since we moved and we are paying $25 monthly for trash, some courtyard flats were flooded after heavy rain ect.). Not to forget, parking isn't included.

I attempted to leave this review there and it…read moredisappeared (can't tell if it was part of Google's filtering algorithm or if the company had it removed). The apartment was fine until recently. Now management is forcing a new parking system on the residents that requires giving a lot of personal information to an external system, including a picture of your drivers license (this can be used to create new accounts in your name in the wrong hands). If you don't comply, your car will be towed by pollard's, which circles the place like a vulture. The garage isn't even safe anymore (having an enclosed garage was a huge reason that I moved here) since the door was damaged months ago and still hasn't been replaced. Southerly road is always filled with cars that are double parked since the apartment across the street doesn't have a dedicated driveway or move-in area. The leasing office is run by an immature group who is very good at making promises about fixing problems but not following through.
