Needed 2 tires mounted. Was referred to Mike at Bullet's. In and out in no time, very friendly too.

They had a bad attitude, and was very rude, not recommended to anyone who wants safe and reliable tires. Do not come here.

REI is an awesome store! In addition, although I don't need the hardcore camping and hiking equipment, they do have a large selection of shoes, shirts, hats, beanies, pants, etc. that an indoorsman like me (lol) will find useful. What I also thought was cool was that they offer some classes like "Camping Basics" and "How to Pack a Backpack." While some of these classes cost $50 for non-members, others are free and open to the public. Lastly, I loved their selection of dog equipment, which I could definitely see myself coming back for, as they had a few items that I haven't even seen at stores like PetSmart or Petco. All-in-all, REI's a really fun store, which I think that anybody, regardless of experience level, can visit and enjoy!

Shoutout to staff member Anna for helping me with my hiking boots. --Ambience-- Similar to all other REI, it looks like you are sucks into an outdoor adventure and every area is there to help choose and decide on your selection. --Service/Staff-- Anna helped me with my hiking boots and walking up and down the demo rock area and gave good recommendations on comfort and fit. --Products/Service-- I am super happy with my hiking boots and the return policy and being a member has its perks. Price can be on the high end, but it makes up in quality and service with their return policy. --Capacity-- The store is huge. I wouldn't be surprised if they can service 100+ people during a Black Friday rush. --Overall-- Outdoor equipment and accessories, this is my first stop!
