Bullets motorcycle shop is a complete joke.. My husband took his bike there multiple times for their fuck ups, saying he got the wrong parts when that place kept messing up his bike and telling him it's ready and when we get there we waited multiple times because we had to wait to actually get it ready. Saying it's ready and it's not. I get people mess up but multiple times come on now and I was with him every single time he went to that shop and the last time today, bullet himself got in my husbands face threatening to beat his ass when my husband confronted him about his customer service. As a wife no one wants to see that happen to their husband and I should have got a video of it because it was actually unnecessary and unprofessional and actually disgusting. read more

Bullet (Mike) has a bad customer service attitude. When questioned about bill, being I was a first time customer. I was told if you don't like it, just come pick up your bike and get it out of my shop. I was stuck and my bike is my only means of transportation. Told me he would work with me, put I waited over a week. Never gave me any updates, after I called the day he said it could be done. 2 days after bike was finally done. During his payment request he has the nerve to ask for a tip. I will never recommend him. Don't go there!! read more

I feel like I spent $330 bucks for about 30 minutes' worth of work. I wasn't there for it but that's the "feeling" I got. He had my bike for 5 weeks and the main issue was not fixed, nor ever addressed in my opinion. He said he took the carburetor apart which I didn't believe. I feel like he sprayed it with some carb cleaner and rode it the day I said I was coming to pick it up because he had it for too long. The customer service was great on intake, but follow ups were nonexistent. He did tighten my chain "for free" (ha ha) but I feel like I was taken overall. I ended up fixing the main issue myself with a $10 kill switch. read more

Very knowledgeable team when Target Motorsports wasn't able to help since they are not really professional. But Mr. Bullet been in the game so long he know his stuff and got my baby running STRONG. I trust this shop out of any in columbia! read more
