Saying it's ready and it's not. I get people mess up but multiple times come on now and I was with him every single time he went to that shop and the last time today, bullet himself got in my husbands face threatening to beat his ass when my husband confronted him about his customer service. As a wife no one wants to see that happen to their husband and I should have got a video of it because it was actually unnecessary and unprofessional and actually disgusting.

Looks like they took off the good parts and replaced them with old parts so they could use my parts elsewhere. The bike runs like shit and rattles because they didn't put all the screws back in. They charged an outrageous price to screw me over. If you buy a bike from them do the repairs yourself. The use used motor oil for the oil change as well.

The two salesmen I dealt with, Ryan (aka Opie) and Chris, weren't pushy and I were there to help. Having never owned a Harley before and having my wife there, they earned their pay. The girl that handled the financial paperwork was awesome at her job and although I can't remember her name, I will never forget her lavender colored hair and wicked sense of humor. I needed to update the PIN for the security system and want to lower the bike and when I went back to Capital City, the crew was more than willing to help. Anthony, one of the service guys was helpful, informative and fast. Gale, who worked behind the counter answered every question or found the person that could all while trying to eat her lunch and answer the constantly ringing phone. So far, this place has been excellent and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used bike. The work took much longer than promised, and when I finally got my motorcycle back, it still wasn't fixed correctly. Instead of taking responsibility, they made excuses and acted like I was the problem. I wouldn't trust this shop with another bike, and I definitely won't be coming back. The service team called and wanted to charge me to take the pump out because the impeller (sp?) was "possibly " loose". I gave in on that, but then they called later and said that the pump needed to be rebuilt and it would cost me ~$2500. I asked why it needed to be rebuilt and they informed me that 3 of the bolts securing it had come loose and damaged the pump. I reminded them that they were the last ones to work on the pump and if three bolts were loose it must've a bad install. Bolts are designed to not come loose especially after only 20 hours of use. They said they only guarantee 30 days. I took it to a local shop in Chapin and got it fixed for a grand. They need to learn to take care of their customers and not chase a buck.

He handled all of the tag information and got the new tag to us quickly. Plus, he had some great recommendations for restaurants in the area! He put me on my dream bike at an affordable price and was a pleasure to deal with. I've wanted a fatboy since they started making them and Scott is the guy who made it happen.
