They will take time to answer questions or talk through any concerns you may have with your pet, without making you feel like you're being rushed through the visit. They will also text or call as a follow up if there were any concerns at the appointment. For example, I had concerns about a spot on my dog's leg and they sent a couple follow up texts about a week apart to see how he was doing with the prescribed medication. Their waiting room is small and they remain busy so I also appreciate that they have you wait in your car, checking in via phone.

His instructional videos are very educational and his program is very informative. We started seeing results within one week of doing his online puppy program. His online puppy classes is beneficial to our family. Our pup, Newton is healthy, happy and on his way to be a well-behaved dog. With Stonnie's program we solved jumping to people, counter surfing, excited urination and pulling. Our pup doesn't chew our sofa, socks and remote control! So, thank you woof Gang team for such a 5-star service that clearly made a difference as He was so refreshed and happy after the grooming. Taylor Brown was our groomer and she did a fantastic job! The bandana was adorable and my boyfriend was so busy that day with meetings. That I am actually super excited that I was able to provide weedon with some support by driving him to his groomers that day.
