I was pretty distraught when a rock chipped my windshield on the interstate (my first experience with this ever) and was worried about the cost and how long I might have to be without my car. Ned was instantly responsive, courteous and enthusiastic. He was able to visit very quickly, showing up with the courtesy of a mask. My windshield had taken quite a hit from a stray stone and he warned me that he could not make it perfect again, but that it would be a lot better and safer. He arrived on time and got right to work. Ned is the man! Had a rock fly up and hit my new S3's windshield which created a nice fingertip sized chip just above my defrost vent. I called at 8:30 this am & asked if I could get the windshield repaired this afternoon. The guy was very friendly and also up front about everything. Told me he would try to get here today and he got here around 4 pm. It only took him about 30 minutes to do 2 repairs. He explained that sometimes when they are close to the edge, they crack, but he would try to fix it if we wanted to try it. We did & it turned out well. Very pleased with the customer service & friendliness of the man who came. Just be sure to have cash or check on hand. They do not take cards. Our two repairs cost $80. I think he said first one is $70 & second repair on the same windshield is just $10. He told us they are guaranteed for as long as we own the car. So here is the story. I purchased a used Nissan Sentra and after driving it around for months one day I noticed that there is a little chip and some tiny cracks around it on the windshield. So I called my insurance company and they recommended BullsEye. So Ned came. He was very courteous, and patiently waited for me. (I was a few mins late.) It was really nice to have someone come to me, as opposed to driving to a repair shop.
