After receiving no texts or calls regarding their ETA, I called again at 4:36 PM. The person on the phone told me that they had come and I was not there, which is impossible. I also got absolutely no texts or calls saying that they were 30-45 minutes away. I waited all day for this, and my car inspection is next week, which I now will not pass because of my lack of windshield repair. I am angry and disappointed with this failure of a company's service today.

After the repair, my passenger door no longer opened from the inside, my speaker started crackling, and eventually the window stopped working completely. For almost a month I kept getting told to come back because parts weren't ready or they "didn't know what was wrong." In the end, they removed the window, covered it with plastic, couldn't fix the speaker, wasted a huge amount of my time, and left me with more damage than I came in with. To make matters worse, it rained for the entire next week and I had no window. Very disappointing experience, poor communication, and terrible workmanship. Please do not take your car here you'll regret it.

I had to take time off work. McConnell knew this. McConnell cancelled my appointment and gave me no effective advance notice; they let me know when I walked in the door for the appointment. It's 30 miles round-trip to their business. They have almost no customer wait area. There were thunderstorms in the area but when I arrived McConnell was open, customers going in and out of their business. The tint business next door and other area businesses, all open. Weather cleared up nicely as I drove home. I attempted to reschedule the install, but after a series of emails, it became clear McConnell was not trying to accommodate reschedule. They implied they might not refund my deposit. Finally, I quit playing their games and cancelled. They wasted my time and I lost a $20 tint deposit because of them. At least in this instance, they act like customer service, they could care less.

The lady's up front were super nice and the installers were super cool and super professional! These guys are really good at what they do, they had me in and out and around an hour for a commercial windshield. It's a small parking lot, but big enough for regular cars, good thing I didn't have my 51 ft trailer with my rig or I wouldn't have been able to get in, but they still can replace your windshield, they just do it in the street!
