Yea, they have these narrow roads that sort of meander around, forcing you to park head in on this fake street. The roads crisscross the center, forcing you to take a little hike to get to your destination. The Club Humidor here is excellent, and the Starbucks is ok. There are some cool places to grab a bite around here. It's easy access to/from 281 from here, since all the traffic insanity usually starts South of here.

It's not as busy anymore, now that they built that huge flyover that crosses in front of this center. It's easy to access from either highway, and has lots of chain stores. The center is anchored by HEB, but also has Academy Sports and Marshall's as major tenants. There's always lots of parking with a huge lot. navigating the lot can be a bit frustrating with all the stop signs and speed bumps, and lack of signage. It's a bit dangerous pulling out from here onto the 281 northbound access road, I see accidents through here all the time. Be careful when pulling out on to the frontage road. As far as I can tell, there aren't any local independent stores in here.

There's a variety of dining options, from Zoe's to Stoneworks and Sushi Zushi! They have high end shopping and all kinds of great things that you can always use around the home. Parking is easy, and there's plenty of ingress/egress points along Basse and Broadway, and even the back streets. I am happy with the fact that they have some outdoor amenities that aren't required for a shopping center, but are nice additions. They have outdoor benches with beautiful landscaping. There's an outdoor fountain (that I've never seen full of water) with some benches to watch people getting their taxes filed. There's 24 hour security around here, they keep a good eye over what's going on around here, so I feel safe. I wish that they had more bike parking.

The garage was decently priced and was easy to get in and out of. The kiosk next to the parking area made it to simple to pay our parking bill. The mall itself was nice to walk through after being outside in the 95 degree heat.
