Our old pest company, Progressive, would show up every month with a can of whatever. Spray it here and there around the house, and leave. As a result, I was pretty sure I was killing more scorpions here at the house than my pest control company was. Our friends highly recommended Bulwark for scorpion problems - they had experienced a similar problem a couple of years ago and after only a couple of visits from the company, the problem was solved. Just had our first visit from technicians Adam and Dallas with Bulwark. The difference in professionalism was obvious from the first conversation. These guys know their business and they specialize in eradicating evil bark scorpions from homes. They moved furniture, treated furniture, pointed out gaps in my weatherstripping that allows critters to get inside. Treated the gap between the carpet and the wall going up my stairs, under the baseboards, even put the granular stuff into my wall outlet boxes. I've now got my own blacklight flashlight so I don't worry so much about walking around the house after dark. Treated the outside all the way back to the rocks that the little guys live in. Die in excruciating pain, little scorpions. I'm very impressed with the techs' professionalism, knowledge, and dedication. Looking forward to a week, a month, a year without seeing any bugs. Years ago we were less than a week away from our oldest's birthday party when we discovered our kitchen was suddenly being invaded by ants. We called Bulwark and Eric Burch responded. He put out ant gels in key spots all around inside the kitchen, used a small can to spray the trails (where it was safe) and then also went behind the oven and sprayed both behind the oven and outside the house around the kitchen doors and windows. He was very thorough and the ants were gone within hours and have never come back since. Not only is Eric an amazingly thorough and professional tech, he has to be one of the most genuinely nicest guys I have ever met. He asks how the kids and our family are are doing and listens carefully and respectfully and takes care of every issue we have ever brought up to him. We actually look forward to having Eric come by our house and he almost feels like family! Ever since that first visit we have used Eric as or regular bug technician and have never looked back, and we couldn't ask for a better, friendlier, or more professional bug tech. I llve in Summerlin, on my block we have an infestation of bark scorpions.They're dangerous and i have small children. I've killed numerous scorpions in our home. I decided to use Bulwark exterminating because they guarantee to get rid of any scorpion problems. After having several techs come out, finally with our last tech who came out were we finally able to say it made a big difference. My tech is Sione, he's very good at what he does. He is very nice, patient, comforting, and took care of our scorpion problem!! He did the treatment in all the outlets because scorpions breed in the walls of your home. And was the only one who did do that for us from the company. That's the procedure to exterminate them. I'm extremely grateful that we have Sione as our tech. I would highly reccomend Bulwark extermination if you need a good company to get rid of the scorpions. When Bulwark knocked on my door for house pest services, approx. 8 or 9 years ago, I entered into their contract wondering if I had done the right thing, and, whether I had chosen a good, viable and honorable company to perform home pest control services at my home. We use Bulwark Pest Control as we live in Vegas with a big scorpion problem and they are the best at fighting that. However we recently spotted two in our 2 day old baby girl's nursery. ( the past few times we only had them spray outside not inside) I called told them I was very upset because I was concerned for our new baby, expressed my concern over the chemicals. They made an appointment for me the same day for scorpions , they also gave me a special they were running. When the gentleman named Eric came to my house he was so very thorough in the inspection of my home, he educated myself and my husband all we needed to know about the treatment etc and guaranteed us if we see Any pests to call them right away. Initially I was skeptical about pest control companies because I always wondered if they are really using chemcals or just a water concoction. I signed up with Bulwark two months ago and the service has been amazing. Mr. Eric Burch was my technician today and did a great job. He sprayed everywhere around the outside, inside the garage, and covered the inside where I noticed a few small critters hanging out. These guys saved me! We had terminix for 1.5 years. This summer an infestation of black widows happened. I was calling them every week. The next day my porch would be covered in webs again. I'd kill no less than 20 black widows a day. I tried my own home remedies. They were recommended to us by my husbands co worker. They came out so fast, and took the time to really search and find the problems. The next day we were totally free of the deadly spiders! Eric was so friendly to our dog and toddler. I really trust Bulwark. A couple of years ago I had a roach infestation out of no where. Bulwark came out and started the steps/process of ridding my house of these nasty bugs. They did it and I haven't had any for 2 years. Last winter we had a couple of mice that decided it was warm and cozy in our garage and took up residence. We tried everything ourselves and nothing worked. The mice even tore up the filter and gas line in my car and it had to be serviced. I called on Bulwark once again. Our Tech, Jason Bundy, was great. We have regular service with Bulwark bi-monthly, however, prior to our regular service we discovered and killed a large scorpion in our garage. We called Bulwark and explained our unease about finding the scorpion. They set up an appointment for that day and sent Jason Bundy to our home, and at no additional cost to our normal service. Jason was very helpful in explaining the habits and types of scorpions. He also let us know the spray he used would kill them in a few days after they made contact with the spray, even after the spray had dried. He thoroughly sprayed our garage and front door area. We moved here from Seattle, and I wasn't psyched about living with scorpions and cockroaches and other critters. What I love about Bulwark, and my tech, Maze Tufele: He is here when he is supposed to be, when I have had additional problems (like a mouse infestation in my open casita when a neighbor solved HIS mouse problem) they are here quickly and take care of the problem. The only critters I see are dead ones, or ones that are dying. Maze Tufele was my las vegas tech this month - and hopefully many months to come. i had him do the full service, including the inside of the house since spring is springing and all those nasty little creatures (particularly the scorpions that plague our neighborhood) will be awakening soon. Maze did a great job, covering every facet of our service, including remembering to do the rat bait stations - yeah, it's a great old neighborhood with every pest imaginable. however, bulwark's service seems to keep everything under control - and anytime we see a bug, it is either dead or dying. 5 star service indeed! read more

Johnathan Hanley was our tecnician, found him to be friendly, and knowledgeable, and on time. No hassles. We have used Bullwark for several Yrs for our rental and recently requested service on our own residence. although all the technicians are frendly the office is very confused...I have never had a problem with our rental it runs, like clockwork every time however, our residence is another story, not quite sure if its just this office location that doesnt have a handle on things but anyway I still use the company and have requested that Johnathan be our permanent technician. read more
