Best decision I've EVER made to try Kratom! I was on high amounts of opioid pain relievers for many years to help deal with the chronic pain from breaking my back. I also deal with: a herniated torn disc, and bulging disc, on top of osteoarthritis in my back, knees, and my hips, as well, severe rheumatoid arthritis in my hands. I did a lot of research prior to my visit, however, the professional and knowledgeable staff helped even further with any lingering questions and concerns that I still had; they were honest and truthful. I can truthfully say that after taking one dose, my pain went from a nine/ten - barely even able to walk - to basically a zero. I wish I knew about it earlier instead of taking highly addictive opioids that lose their potency - making one have to take more and more to feel the effects. With this product, I DID NOT feel the need to take more than the recommended dose (which can happen with opioids). A huge thank you to the staff for being so kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. I've had a smile on my face all day - which hasn't happened in years - all because I felt "normal" for the first time since my accident. I will DEFINITELY be back! Plus, they follow strict Covid-19 guidelines, keeping everything sanitized; they also follow strict occupancy rulesI can't say enough good things about this business and great product! If I could give zero stars I absolutely would since one star is already being too generous. My experience shopping here was a complete nightmare and ruined my anticipation of using the products I was long searching for due to the unprofessional employees that made my visit here an absolute horror. Not only was I treated with the utmost disrespect by the employee working in the front of the store, Alex, but I also felt discriminated against being an indigenous women who articulated herself as such, when Alex kept eyeing my actions around the store as I tried to peacefully look at products. After trying to question a product I knew nothing about, (considering that I was hoping to learn more about them) Alex completely shunned my presence and turned his back on me to help another customer who had just walked in. I immediately felt unwelcomed, but wasn't surprised since many people have commented on many Californians being ignorant to indigenous culture and even looking down on our community, but never did I think that I would fall victim to such horrendous experiences, especially in a store located in a city as diverse as this one. Being an individual visiting from the East Coast, I never imagined feeling like I don't belong in an area that is supposed to welcome everyone as equal. Stop going to smoke shops--this is the place to go for Kratom. A variety of high-quality strains, in both powder and pill form, and a good rundown of their effects. Reasonable prices and good customer service. The only downside is that it's cash only. Give it a shot. read more

Although its convenient and the Kratom is decent quality there is no reason why their prices should be so high. It's double what I pay at a headshop and headshops are already double what I pay online. $250 for a kilo? Online it's $65- $80 for top notch best quality. But to each their own.
