If I could give zero stars, I would. The rules are definitely not enforced. I brought my two year old to the 1-5 room and it was filled with kids way older running around, pushing the little kids over, climbing the walls, and other types of inappropriate behaviors. I was the only parent in there at one point with 15 kids running around. Where was these kids parents. I was forced to buy socks in order to supervise my son, but again a rule that was not enforced . When I asked women at the front desk (who was the owner) about the rules, she really didn't have an answer. She also said there were other workers walking around to enforcing the rules... I was there for 2 hours and NEVER saw a worker come into the room. Poor management and definitely not a good place for children under 5. I recommend staying away from this place! read more

Love this place except they never seem to have air conditioning running insummer time. In the winter it is unbearable to say the least with how hot they make it. Their food and drink are way overpriced so we always try to eat first and deal with water. It just floors me that you can't bring in your own food though?! The toddler section is so amazing and cute but they should definitely look into adding more on that side to do. They have busted air hockey tables that only work sometimes. The big kid section is way to small. They have so much room in the back with unused space they could have used to add more tubes or a bounce house. Their pricing for admission is good no complaints there. My biggest complaint though is the people who work here don't care about the kids, equipment or how anyone is treated. There are set rules with no big kids in toddler section yet there are always big kids in that section bullying the little kids and using their stuff for play! I've told management they shrug it off and don't care! Kids bully other kids I see it and hear it! Yet once again when it gets brought up it gets shrugged off! Parents think this place is a drop off center and just sit at the tables and do their thing while their kids run wild and cause problems! I love coming here but to what cost of children's safety and my wallet! read more

My husband took our daughter here on a rainy Sunday. He really enjoyed the experience. Said it was clean and spacious. My daughter played for 2 hours and loved it. My only complaint is that the jumping pad isn't for children younger than 5.. my daughter LOVES to jump on trampolines and this was a blast for her when no other kids were on it. So glad that place opened !! It's brand new and clean and my 5 and 6 year old boys love it !! They have two giant playgrounds and a huge jump pad . Great location and would definitely recommend . A fantastic place for kids! We went there and had our daughters birthday party. The helpers were very helpful, and the food was very good! We thought the pricing was very reasonable compared to other options for kids birthday parties, but even better when you consider you have 4 hours instead of the usual 2 you get everywhere else. We will definitely come back on a regular basis! The kids love the many things they can play on and they didn't get bored nor want to leave! Definitely appreciate that they've already lowered their pricing but I can see how it would get expensive for parents of multiples very quickly still. As a parent of one, I'd probably avoid weekends due to pricing and other facilities that offer similar play areas and competitive rates. I think the play area is much nicer than the pictures did justice for it before visiting. My son had a blast in the baby & toddler room and we were there for 2 1/2 hours. I do think the toddler room may be geared toward the age group of 3/4 but I can see how a 5yr old would like the pretend play in this room. My only concern would be safety. Since the check in counter is off to the side and the doors are automatic, there really is no monitoring of what parent brought who or who's coming in or out. I think something like Chuck E Cheese would work nicely here or even assigning a family number and writing that on the child's wristband and having parents wear one too. Not really a concern but I was disappointed to find that you cannot cater your own food if hosting a Birthday party here. I think if you added on an extra $50-$75 to cater your own food for a party, this would appeal to more people. The menu doesn't offer a lot of variety for a big event. read more

My daughter likes this place a lot. The only issue is slight misses on cleanliness. There is always hair all over EVERYTHING. And the dirty footprints are gross, I always have to put clean socks on her and myself because of how dirty the mats are. Also, ALL of the toilets have poop stains. My kids love this place! Lots of open space, friendly staff, plenty of seating for adults, and a great coffee bar and cafe! My kids have made friends here and the owners are to be commended because any kid that has a birthday here, will always have of lifetime of memories made possible by the owners! This was the first time I've ever experienced blatant homophobia. I was here with my two young children, their friend, and my friend. The manager asked us out of the playroom to talk. She informed us that a man complained that we were being inappropriate and we shouldn't be around children, twice (not possible, we weren't even holding hands). She stated that she went to check, didn't see anything inappropriate, but he complained again. Now she was bringing it to us. Following the interaction with the manager, this man proceeded to stare us down in an attempt to be intimidating. He refused to break eye contact or stop staring us down. I'm so upset this happened at my neighborhood play place. I was targeted as a gay woman and the situation was handled inappropriately by the management. She should've informed him that the establishment did not support homophobia and he could leave if had an issue. Beware LGBTQ+ community. read more

This place was awesome! My 3yr old and 5yr old had a blast. Plenty to do for both ages. 2 different rooms for the kids to play in.. One room is for 4and younger and the other room is 5+, although no one is following this "rule" .. I will say though, both of my kids did awesome in both rooms! I'd say if you're going to let your younger child play in the 5 and Up area then you really need to Hawk over them because there are bigger kids in there. Cafe was so so good, plenty of choices. This is a review for the party packages listed on their website. So in my attempts to plan and book a small space for my twins' 2nd Birthday party, I came across this place. I was intrigued because it's close but wanted to see if it was something my kids could handle and that perhaps they could be accommodated. I am SO disappointed by the party package options. First of all, no food or drink from outside is allowed. I totally get it because one, they don't want it in any play areas, and two I'm sure they're also looking out for kids with food allergies (one can only hope). But then I look at the party packages. Pizza. Ice Cream. Cookies. Really? We now have to look elsewhere because of my kids' severe dairy allergies (among others). There are no allergy friendly options to choose from? Nut free is not the only safe route for kids with food allergies. If you're going to carry food containing a Top 8 allergen, PLEASE be mindful and allow allergy safe food to be discussed ahead of time and brought in. Refusing to allow outside food and drink is EXTREMELY limiting, and I'll be looking elsewhere for their birthday party because of this. To the manager who replied: you don't seem to understand: pizza has cheese. Caesar salad FOR A TWO YEAR OLD?! Are you kidding???? Also the dressing has dairy, and typically added Parmesan cheese....no thanks!! You don't get it, and until you have a CHILD with deadly food allergies, you can't! I am not about to pay EXTRA for food that my kid MIGHT be able to have (if it's prepackaged then nope because cross-contamination!). That is absurd!! read more

I do wish they had just a regular drip coffee maker so I didn't have to wait 5 minutes to get a cup of coffee that isn't even hot, and it costs $3.73 for this mediocre cup of coffee. I was there this week with my 2yr old granddaughter. There was construction at home and I had to keep her out. We spent several hours here. It was fantastic! She never stopped moving. She had so much fun. We had lunch at the cafe. The menu is limited but my hot dog and fries were very good. When we stopped for lunch we happened to be the only child in the toddler area. We went back after we ate I was impressed. Every thing was picked up and in order. No toys on the floor, all the vehicles lined neatly up, and chairs in place. Which reminds me, while I watched her there were nice comfy chairs for me. The employees were friendly and were defiantly keeping an eye on things. I love this place! My daughter loves this place so much we had her 2nd birthday here. I had my son in January meaning my daughter was stuck indoors with limited attention since dad was working what felt like 24/7. This place was a life saver! Open play area was great. Once I was able to drive again it was great for me to take both kids! Places for me to sit with my month old and also open enough for me to watch my toddler. Which is the reason we choose this place for me to go over other indoor parks other places it was hard to keep an eye on her with out being next to her. This was great last winter for this reason then for her birthday they were extremely accommodating and helpful! I also enjoy that their cafe actually has more than just juice boxes and goldfish! We actually really enjoy their chicken fingers and fries. We as a family enjoy it a lot and are excited for our youngest to enjoy it with his sister as well. read more

I have been here several times with my 4 year old. She loves it and always has a blast but I have always been concern regarding security. Today is first time I came alone with her. I was filling her water bottle at the drinking fountain. My daughter ran off. I assumed she went to the play area. I am looking everywhere - cant find her. I notice her standing with the gate open on the outside of the entrance. Two employees at the desk are chatting. Neither of them questioned her or told her to get back inside. I asked them why they did not question her or told her to get back inside. No other adults or kids were nearby. Neither of them had an answer. Another woman came from the cafe apologizing "for the inconvenience". I said "inconvenience? I am concerned about safety." There is a security issue waiting to happen. Don't plan to return until this issue is addressed. Fun Republic has a person assigned to monitor the exit. No one leaves without the matching adult. I plan to return to Fun Republic. read more

I was there last week with my daughter and we ordered food right away. I was the only one who ordered food and 20 minutes later the food did not come out. One of the staff asked me if I was ready to order and I said I am waiting for the food. The staff said that they do not have any order in the kitchen. I really wanted to love this place, we went once on Friday night with our 5 and 2 year old. Had good time and thought we would try our 2 year olds birthday here, I think there is some potential but overall it was a pretty big disappoinment. - Scheduling was very disorganized and it took me 3 days and repeated phone calls to get a response. - We arrived 15 minutes early for our 2 hour party, the room was set up, which was great. We added, balloons and the cake and our treat bags and were all set to go. We then sat there for 30 minutes and had no server, kids were thirsty and we had no drinks, hadn't placed an order, nothing. I finally went out to the front desk to ask what was going on, they said they had call ins and were short staffed. - By the time someone showed up to take an order it was 3:40, we only have the room until 5:00. So I order extra pizza and salad for the parents and ask for it to be out ASAP. At 4:15 we get food, so we spent the next 45 minutes trying to get the kids to quickly shovel in the pizza, sing happy birthday, cut and eat cake, and get everything moved out of the room. Essentially I feel like I payed for a 2 hour party and got 45 minutes. - The food was pretty bad. I don't expect high end food at a kids party. But honestly, my husband and I had discussed making this a Friday night fun night for the kids, order a pizza, let them run around. Win for all. After eating this pizza, I will take a pass, the cardboard box had more flavor, it was very, very very bland. The $20 chicken ceaser salad had 3 small bites of chicken and was the size of a salad you would get if you ordered one at Wendy's or McDonalds. - I will say my kids love the play area and all of the kids at the party had fun playing. It's really the party aspect that I'm dissapointed in. read more

However, a little disappointed when I decided to have my sons birthday party here, after I booked it and paid the deposit I didn't hear anything from anyone about what to expect, what to bring, set up, etc. The only thing I got was an email the day before saying how much I owed. Absolutely love this place! We have a 3 1/2 year old & almost 1 year old. We find it easier to interact and monitor both kids at the same time while not having the little guy plowed over by the older kids since there is another area for them. So not sure where to begin. The party for my granddaughter was great except for the constant reminder that we only had the room for a certain amount of time, yes we know! The cost and quality for the food was not even passable. My daughter bought pizzas for the adults and soda, which was extra. I paid for the adults as I was trying to help out my daughter. I was EXTREMELY appalled that each cheese pizza was $19.99 and Pepperoni was $22.99/ea. Oh, and god forbid if one extra child came and that had to be paid for too. Plus the pitchers of pop were $3.99 each. The total came out to $174, YIKES! For pizza that was so bad my daughter ended taking home 4 of them because no one would eat it. The only good thing about this place was the play area, unless you are being constantly reminded to remove your shoes. I would not recommend this place for a party. I just moved to the neighborhood and was pretty excited to check this place out since there aren't many indoor play places for under 2 years old kids, so I brought my 14 months old baby girl here since they advertise that there is a play are a for kids 5& under and separate play area for older kids, well maybe they have separate areas but kids of all ages seem to be playing in the little kids section. I was very unhappy to find that the place was also very filthy (looked like it hasn't been cleaned or even just wiped down in like a week I wish I had taken some pictures to show) especially after reading all the reviews that bragged about how clean the place is. The bigger kids were all over the little kids section climbing the slides with carts and all sorts of other big objects and even saw one girl throw a big block on some other kids head, not sure where the parents were but def weren't paying attention which brings me to the next disappointment is the fact that there is really not much supervision around not by parents or employees. I did not feel like my baby girl was safe to play in the little kids area without being run over by some kid or a thrown toy by some kid. I thought I found a new place to bring my girl in the winter time but I def will not be coming back here and would not recommend this to any parent with children under the age of 3. i would have left a 0 star review if I could but you deserve 1 star for the great coffee in the cafe area. read more
