First visit - takeout order Convinced the family to try this place out after seeing a news post on IG. I like supporting small businesses. To save some time, I put my order online. The website was easy to navigate, and checking out was quite easy. After completing my purchase, I was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes, and no other instruction was provided. This food truck is located by the railroad tracks. If you don't know where to look, you would miss it. Keep an eye out for a sign with "BB" on it. It will direct you to the truck. When I got to the truck, there were about 7 people waiting, so I waited with them. I heard the window guy say they call names when orders are ready, so I just stood there. After 20 minutes of waiting and everyone after me getting their food, the window guy noticed and asked if I was waiting for an online order. I said, "Yes." He responded that I should have told them I was there. I guess it is common practice to blame the customer first before the customer has a chance to really say anything. There were no instructions given, so I did not know I needed to check in. Oh, well. When I got home, which was about a 5-minute drive, my burger was slightly warm. I found a piece of brown hair wrapped with my burger. I didn't care, I was hungry, so I still ate it. I also got the bottom of the fry basket. My fries were short and small. They weren't warm at all. Anyways, the food looked good and was decent. I didn't like the fact it got cold, but I guess that is all my fault, or at least that was the impression I got from the staff. This truck is further than other food trucks in my area. I made an effort to try this new place out, but I was disappointed about how my first time experience went. I don't think I will be going back, even though the price is decent. I would recommend you try this place, but have it delivered. Save yourself some time and blame. read more

Absolutely the BEST burger I've had for a long time! The prices and warm welcome every time is so worth coming back for. I'd 100% recommend the People's Meal for the first time to get a taste of everything: burger, fries (mmm!) a brownie and Kool-aid. I'm pretty sure it's under $10. It's a lot of food! I've been here since there first months of opening and it was so good and Matt was awesome, I just recently came back and a lot has changed, the food is still good but it feels different, but still very good but it doesn't give off the same vibe it used to. Service is good tho, staff is kind and they are funny. The food definitely changed as well, it's not as tender or juicy as it used to be, the vegetables weren't as fresh, the patty was kinda tough and greasy, but it was still delicious. But still recommend it, very good and the prices are awesome, I remember going here and Matt saying that why get a burger for 7-8 dollars when you could get a burger for what it should be priced for, Matt is just a super cool dude and i unfortunately didn't get to see him today but he picked some good staff. read more

Had seen this place on Tik tok and the news and figured it was time to give it a shot, me and a buddy decided to ride the motorcycles down there and we were greeted with smiles and excitement to serve us. I got the people meal which is a burger with two 1/4lb Patties, lettuce, tomato, red onion and sweet pickles, ketchup, mayo and mustard, with a side of fry's which includes fry sauce and ketchup packets, a treat which is a brownie, and a cup for kool-aid. There kool aid is self serve with big jugs attached to the front of the truck that gets rotated through out the day, everytime you go you should experience a new flavor! **If you're wanting a little extra flair I highly recommend getting a side of pimento spread and adding that to the burger!** Food was absolutely amazing and I found myself back here within 48hrs of my first visit. You cannot beat the prices or quality they offer. All employees seem happy to be there and love what they do, which really shows in the overall quality of the meal. 10/10 recommended!! Service was quick and super friendly. The burgers are basic and tasty. The burger was very good. The fries are fresh hand-cut and remind me of Five Guys (taste & texture) but are closer to shoestring style and not quite as greasy. I liked them a lot. If you are sensitive to salt I would maybe mention to them to go light on it. These were slightly on the saltier side. My meal today of a double cheeseburger and fries came to $7.50 before tip. Super reasonable! This is, by far, the most reasonably priced burger place I've been to in a long time. Burger prices have gotten insane the last few years. I understand the price for a big gourmet burger with crazy ingredients being in the $12-15 range, but there's a lot of mediocre stuff out there that is just plain overpriced. Bumper Burger is perfectly priced. The only downside I can see to this place is that there's no place to sit and eat. So plan on taking it with you or eating it in your car. We went out to Hillsboro to run an errand. We found this place on yelp and it didn't disappoint. The burger was absolutely perfect, the fries impeccably cooked. Think in-n-out but even better. Mat makes the BEST burger I've had in eons and the prices are fabulous. Oh wait, even the buns are quality, not like fast food places. And the fries !!! so worth every calorie... skinny and crisp! We'd been wanting to check out BB for awhile now but it always seemed to be on a Sunday when they're closed. Was finally able to this Saturday. We got the People's Meal and it did NOT disappoint. The burger was exactly what a burger should taste like, the shoestring fries were amazing, the fry sauce was spot on, and the brownie was delicious! The service was friendly and the vibe was casual. As advertised - low cost burger but tastes great and made fresh, also got friendly service. The funny thing was when I got there I saw a huge crowd outside, waiting for their orders. As I waited for my burger several more people showed up and got in line. This place was really rolling! FYI it's just a food truck so no seating or anything, you just order at the window and take it to go. But plenty of parking! Also good to know it takes a little longer than your typical fast food drive through, but it's partially because they make everything fresh to order and there's just the 2 guys in there. A co-worker had told us about this place and how great the food and the people were so we had to check it out. She wasn't kidding. The service at Bumper Burger was great! Kinda and humble staff with a great sense of humor. We ordered The People's Meal and I still can't believe the price for a meal. So delicious and affordable. You get Kool Aid, dessert, 50/50 burger, fries and fry sauce. The burger tasted so fresh and I love the sweet pickle slices. Best cheap burgers ever, staff are amazing people , so respectfull and joyful . Everytime i order they always so polite and genuine good small talks they make. They put generous amount of fries, saltiness is perfect and so crispy. I like the idea having koolaid as drink choice . Well it all started last night when I left scholls and was heading to go to Red Robin's and along my route( detouring River Roads road closure) I come across this sign that says "Bumper Burgers". I'm thinking " No way, this can't be real", but I'm adventurous and follow the "We're open", and lo and behold to my surprise is this food truck representing Bumper Burgers. Inside hosting this little gem are the most two awesome guys, friendly, smiling, welcoming and serving up "Great" all American burgers. They were clean and fun with affordable prices. Matt is a great guy serving great burgers (and other goodies) for the best possible price. Not a bad thing to say. If you're really looking for some sort of criticism here I guess the falafel was maybe a little dry, a different veggie patty might be better. He makes food fast for one man in a food truck, don't expect it premade and fast c abuse his quality is fresh. Oh, and they're shoestring fries which people tend to love or hate. Delicious food, great service, excellent value. Everyone who works here is so friendly every time I go, always smiling and cheerful. I had my dog with me and found out they even have a pup burger for our beasties to get a treat when we do and the craveable shoestring fries are the best around. I was bummed last weekend when they ran out of fries while I was waiting in line to order, but I understood as it was after the ducks game and less than an hour before closing. My only complaint is the hours, I wish they were open till 7pm. read more
