If you're anything like me, you're super OCD about things that probably no one notices but you (ie, very small holes in your front bumper) and are also the farthest thing away from handy. The plugs matched my vehicle perfectly and installation was easy. Remember how I said I'm not handy? Yeah well, I screwed up installation on one of the plugs and it basically got stuck in my bumper. That thing would not budge! After repeated attempts and desperate google searches, I reached out to the company via email and Eric ("Chief Plug Guy" gotta love it) responded within hours... on a Saturday! I didn't expect a response until maybe Tuesday since they are closed on the weekend. Customer service like that is what keeps loyal customers. His email had clear directions and resolved my issue. ordered $45 bumper plugs for c300 and to install- must drill hole way larger (unnecessary damage) and they are poorly manufactured. They need to be 1/4 of the size- terrible design. Returned the product unopened and refused to refund me. Would never recommend to anyone. read more

These guys deserve a huge high five for the professional, honest, and quality work they do. I had a center console painted by Eric, and the results were fantastic. As good or better than OEM quality. I could not be happier with the way it turned out, and everyone who sits in my car comments on how great it looks. If you're looking for pro-level paint work, Eric's your guy. But it was only when things hit a snag that I found out how great it was to deal with him to resolve problems -- which is what you ought to judge any business on. First, a little about the way BumperPlugs.com works for painted interior pieces -- you order the piece, Eric paints it, he ships it to you, a deposit gets charged on your card until you return the core piece that was originally in your car, you do the core exchange, and if it's undamaged and usable, you get your deposit back. Well, as you can probably guess, there was a problem with the core I sent back, because there was some unseen damage that rendered it unusable. Eric didn't have to work with me, but he did -- he said he would try to find a replacement piece for as low of a cost as possible, that way he could refund as much of my deposit as he could. Amazing, since most companies would simply take your entire deposit and run. But not Eric. He searched for two weeks to find a reasonably priced replacement part, and was able to refund a good portion of my deposit. Now that is what I call customer service. They sell Chevy plastic fasteners with nail polish on them. You are required to drill a large hole in your bumper to fit. This is due to them using a already made Chevy plastic fasteners and not building or making their own design to work better with screw holes. Do not buy. You will be disappointed. When I asked for a return the guy said he would send me a shipping label. He never did and now they don't want to send me a shipping label. Don't buy. read more

Car manufacturers do not always provide brackets on front bumper to mount plates. Car dealers will drill holes into your bumper. This is ridiculous. These bumper plugs helped remedy the situation. You can then use the tow-hook to mount plates if your state require front side plates. read more
