Bought a very expensive slightly used Mercedes S63 AMG here. These crooks lied about literally everything and refused to communicate with me at al. Carlos was my sales guy - absolutely the worst. I also dealt heavily with Jeff Tomasac the owner and head thief. They both repeatedly lied and never followed up. Examples: Didn't ship the car for 8 days after purchase and would not call me back for days when I asked repeatedly for updates. When they did ship the car it arrives filthy!! They said they were shipping it enclosed but they did not. They added 1k for "other" on the contract for when I asked they said that was shipping but then the car shows up cash on delivery. They advertised that it came with 2 keys and the original Merced's wheels, plus the custom wheels. It showed up with one set of keys and one set of wheels. I've been dreading to write this review and even contemplated not writing it because I hate being that person. However, with all the good reviews this was my second time coming here and getting subpar customer service. The lady who helped me was informative but the place as a whole lacked professionalism. I was rushed to test drive a car because someone else was coming to test drive two cars thirty minutes after I arrived. Which I understand. However, after test driving a car that I wasn't very sure I wanted to test drive to begin with, I had to wait in the middle of their show room for a buyers order. While I stood there for probably ten to fifteen minutes not one person asked me if I needed anything AND two employees were sitting on FaceTime at their desks. I shouldn't be rushed to test drive a car because someone has an appointment with my lady while there are many salesmen inside playing around. Pretty sure they scam people with listings and try to just get traction to look at other cars. Here is the story of the phantom car, I even got a loan preapproved and everything for this car. All i have to do is walk in and hand them the paper. Even now have listed the same car I've been trying to buy since 5/19 and its now 6/1. Its a 2019 Porsche Carrera S. They got it listed on their website, got it listed on autotrader. I called on the 19th of last month, May, and they told me how awesome the car was fully checked out. I said "Great, I would like to come check it out today and pick it up"... all of a sudden dead silence and some confusion. After a bunch of calls back and forth I was told that the car was at Porsche dealership getting a module replaced. I even called back asking about some damage that appeared to be on the photo of the rear quarter panel. (Not a big deal just wanted to know what I was getting in to).. They seemed to not know anything about it but, said it looked like it on the picture. This was my first red flags. 1. its not on the listing, 2. they didn't know anything about it, even though it was "All checked out". And 3. that they went to the pictures to "verify". Its now been 2 weeks and I just get excuses. So today I decided to call Porsche of Charlotte to check, because i was told "We obviously don't want that kind of car touched by anyone but Porsche". However they keep wanting me to look at other cars. Well guess what?!? Porsche of Charlotte has no record of it and I even spoke to a manager today. .. So phantom car. DO NOT do business with saleswoman Gabby unless you want to get explicitly lied to, scammed, and severely disrespected. I could not give my experience a low enough rating--this is by far the worst customer service experience I have EVER had with any business. I spoke with Gabby a week before arriving to schedule a test drive for two models: one hard-to-find convertible and one sedan. I expressed clearly that my bf and I live over two hours away and that it was very important she was sure. She assured me that both were available and we scheduled a drive for Saturday. On Saturday, I called AGAIN and Gabby confirmed they were ready. After over two hours in the car, Gabby called and said the convertible was no longer available. Very disappointed, I then asked her, "Is the other car still available to test drive? I've already driven 2 hours and I'm half an hour away." She said she'd have it ready when I arrived, so we drove ANOTHER half hour solely because we had already come so far. Exactly half an hour later, right when she knew I would be arriving AND as we were turning into the lot, I received another call from Gabby. "Yeah I just talked to the (director?) and he said that the other model you were looking at is being serviced and is unavailable to test drive." In absolute disbelief, I said "Well we just pulled into the lot after driving almost three hours to try it. And I'm looking directly at the convertible I was hoping to buy." She responded, "yeah there's a couple inside doing the paperwork for it. I'll come out to meet you." I had told Gabby a week before, the morning of, and half an hour before arriving that I was interested in this sedan. And Gabby had assured me each of these THREE times that it would be available. Yet, she supposedly only checked to ensure that it was actually available THE MOMENT that she knew I would be pulling into the lot. Convenient, right? When Gabby approached us, rather than apologize, she reminded me that I could've made a $500 payment to "hold onto" the cars and that this is how business works--as if my $500 would have pulled the sedan from being serviced. She then asked if I had Cash App and said she would personally reimburse us for the gas money we had spent. Immediately after extending this "olive branch," she proceeded to list some other models--all of which were much more expensive (again, convenient right?)--and asked us to look around. I told her that we were going to head home and made it clear as nicely as possible that we were not doing business with her after somehow managing to screwing us over 2 times in 30 minutes (truly impressive, btw, even for a dishonest car salesperson). The moment that it was clear she was not getting my business, the smile faded and an entirely new persona emerged. She stood up, and with her eyes locked on her phone, she said "sorry" while pursing her lips and walking away. It was the most sub-par, disappointing, waste-of-the-air-we-breathe response to the situation that she had personally created after wasting over 5 hours of our time round trip and over $200 for gas, food, pre-paid hotel... When I texted her my CashApp information, she read the message immediately and never responded. Can you guess the next part? We never received a penny of the money she offered. My experience with Gabby suggests to me that the cars I were looking at were never actually available (at least not both) and that she was absolutely okay with lying to me and misguiding my expectations just to get me on the lot--with ZERO regard to what it took to get there. If I'm overestimating her intelligence, and she's actually just the most lazy and incompetent salesperson to live, then she has zero business being in this line of work and cannot be responsible for the smallest task--such as typing in a make and a model and taking 10 seconds to ensure it's available before a customer drives from almost 3 hours away. If you're looking to make a multi-thousand dollar deal for a car here, do not do so with Gabby. She does not have your interests, time, or money in mind and is only looking to make a quick buck by any means necessary. read more

I will provide you the facts and you make your own decision. I recently purchased a 2014 Porsche Panamera 4S executive from Formula One Imports in Charlotte,North Carolina. My sales representative was Alex and his manager was Justin. They walked me through the lengthy process. I thought buying a vehicle through the internet would be scary for an old man like me. They both appeared trustworthy and customer focused. I was very satisfied with the service they provided me. I decided to have the vehicle sent to the local Charlotte Porsche dealership for a 168 point inspection. The inspection identified a few items. The air compressor needed replaced on factory warranty. In addition, they recommended a tune up and new tires. Alex and Justin offered to pay roughly $900 for the tune up and I paid the balance of $695. I thought that was fair. They would not pay anything on the tires but offered them at their price. I purchased the 4 new tires. Alex and I finally agreed on a price acceptable to both parties. It took a couple weeks to receive the car in Northern Virginia due to the Porsche dealership delay in getting the air compressor from Germany. The day has finally arrived. My new Porsche was delivered to my home. My family and I was extremely excited. The vehicle is beautiful. While driving the car the next day the nightmare began. The vehicle had roughly 5,000 more miles than the internet advertisement and what my purchase contract stated. Besides having over 5,000 additional miles on the vehicle the remaining factory warranty was reduced to roughly 2,700 miles. I bought the vehicle believing to have 7,700 miles remaining.This was very concerning and extremely disappointing. The next day after contacting Alex via text he told me this would be dealt with quickly and would get senior management involved. He reported back to me that the person responsible got fat fingers when typing in the mileage and he should of verified the odometer. I could understand one number mistyped but three numbers were difficult to comprehend. I was asked what would I like them to do to rectify this situation. I told Alex I believe they should reduce the sale price based on 5,000 additional miles and provide me a bumper to bumper extended warranty of 5 years and 100,000 miles. The cost of the extended warranty is approximately $4000. Alex said he will take my request to senior management. I was contacted via telephone by Julian I believe the General Manager. He quickly told me his company has a great customer reputation and the best they would do is take the vehicle back at no cost and pay for the shipping or give me $1000 for the additional miles. I told him that I was not impressed with his opening comments and his offer was unacceptable. I asked how about all the time I spent on this frustrating and disappointing situation. He said he will report that back to the owner. The owner Jeff provided me in an email with the same offer Julian provided. He also told me he will reimburse me for the tires and Porsche inspection. WOW and he thought he was doing me a favor. I would have not purchased the vehicle knowing the correct mileage so I would not have spent any money. He had to legally offer me the option to return the vehicle at no cost due to situation. The owner dropped the ball on accepting responsibility. False advertising and falsifying a contract is not what I call good customer relations and company ethics. Top notch operation. For years I had been dreaming about buying a luxury Sprinter Van when I came across one online at Formula One Imports I was intrigued. I live about 5-6 hours north of the dealership so I was somewhat apprehensive. I called the Dealership and was connected with Denis. Denis was very informative, I had tons of questions and was a very anxious consumer since it was such a fancy vehicle. Denis took a video of the vehicle and posted it to their site for me to review. After a lot of back and forth, I decided to move forward and my next obstacle was I didn't have the time to pick it up. Denis volunteered to deliver it for what I felt was a very fair fee. When the vehicle was delivered, we had a small glitch with the front TV turning on and Denis offered to get it fixed for me and said the dealership stood behind their car 100%. Over the next 2 weeks, I still had lots of questions because it is kinda like a limo and an RV rolled up into one. I kept texted Denis and he always responded. Same with their finance guy Aaron which was quite remarkable, the vehicle was sold and there job was done but they went the extra mile over and over. They even connected me to the old buyer to answer additional questions and that buyer raved over the company. In our area, we have loads of used car dealerships and I have bought about 6 high end vehicles over the last decade and this was the best experience I have had and I will definitely keep an eye on their inventory for my next "toy".
