Highly recommend I had them refinish/refurbish the headlights on my 2009 Acura as they had oxidized so much it was reducing my ability to see clearly during nighttime driving. Upon dropping off my car (after making an appointment). I was really expecting them to tell me I'd have to spend more (than was quoted over the phone) to replace the headlight. WOW was I pleasantly surprised and EXTREMELY pleased when I picked up my vehicle a few hours later. It looked like a brand new car. The headlights are as clear as when I first purchased my car and as I purchased the 5 year warranty, they guarantee them to stay this way or redo them should they oxidize within that time. I came to Bumper Medic after my car was hit in a hit-and-run and insurance did not cover. My front left fender, door, and fender liner were damaged. I don't know much about cars, but Alex from Bumper Medic was really kind and let me know that his team could repair the door and keep the fender liner. The fender was beyond repair, so I requested an aftermarket part to replace it, which helped keep costs low. The total price to repair everything was around $1600, which was much cheaper than other quotes I received. I dropped my car off on a Monday, and was told my car would be ready on Thursday, but received a call on Thursday that it would be ready Friday. I had a minor dislodgement of my truck bumper with no visible damage otherwise. I went to bumper medic based on the reviews. The gentleman behind the counter assessed my truck. Then he got his wrench and unscrewed the bumper clamp from the underside, repositioned the bumper and put it back together, all within 2 minutes of my arrival. He didn't charge me anything. He said "bring me your next bigger job." I was pleasantly surprised. It was totally unexpected and a very kind gesture. This is from an insurance claim that allowed me the option of picking my own shop as long as it did not exceed the labor time and excess costs that my insurance company calculated. Robert with Bumper Medic was - honest, transparent, and professional. I would in fact recommend anyone who requires bumper repair to consider their services. **NOTE: per county regs - the zone they are in does not allow for use of running water to perform their services. Incase you are looking for a full detail or services requiring water. They can HOWEVER refer you to another location based on your need and service requirements. I review goods or services rendered using 5 different qualitative metrics. 1) Ease of Scheduling / Options offered to resolve solution Robert was extremely easy to get a hold of and well mannered when scheduling the appointment - He captured as much information as possible over the phone to determine the next best course of action. Making sure to make me aware that the quote was not a promise for any services listed - and that only when the vehicle is in their possession can they determine the full scope of work required. I was scheduled quickly and told when to come in and when to pick up. 2) Quality of goods delivered or services rendered Because this is a service that was rendered that needs to account for time and quality of craftsmanship - its important to note that this IS ONLY A PRELIMINARY review and updates could follow in the coming weeks/months. I suffered the misfortune of ending up behind two cardboard boxes falling from a truck, and one box I could not avoid. Bumper Medic was an absolutely amazing in repairing my car in a cost effective manner. After picking up my car, there were quite a few cars traveling at a slow speed onto the 805 on ramp. The car in front of me flipped up what appeared to be a fender liner, and I had nowhere to go other than hope I roll over it as well but the liner ended up stuck behind the just repaired bumper. After attempting to remove the liner myself and failing, I frantically called Dave and he offered to drive down to cut away the plastic.
