I was absolutely amazed at both the quality of his work and the speed with which he did it. I have used another "non-body shop" service before and was not very happy with the results. I learned they did not do proper surface preparation. Adan worked in my garage right in front of my Ring cam. This allowed me to watch the entire process, and come out and check on him as he was at different stages. He did everything by the book. He pulled and pounded out what it could, then took that area down to bare metal, after which he used filler. He then send the rest of the two parts that he was going to paint where the dents were so that the paint would adhere. He then painted and did the gloss coat after drying.
