I'll start with the positives, staff was incredibly nice, the location is best in Iron River and the building and parking lot are super clean. The negatives are the menus don't list prices. My wife and I ordered 2 subs and 2 drinks for $37. No fries, no chips, no refills. When i got my "philly steak" sub, there was no steak. The worker told me their "steak" was great. My sandwich was warm bread (inside not toasted or grilled at all) with a slab of microwaved roast beef on it with hot mayonnaise and cheese. I sent the pic to my family in Philadelphia and we all had a good laugh for a half hour. By the end of the first half of thr sandwich, I had to stop before I nearly puked on the floor. No onions, no peppers, just a piece of bread with warm roast beef, a slice of cheese and mayo.

The burger is juicy. The sauce is amazing. The onion straws crunchy. The diced up bacon delicious. And a sturdy bun to hold it all together. I could go on and on. Everyone got the spice level they requested (mine was SPICY and amazing; MIL's and my kids' were both mild to their liking). Special requests were honored, information about ingredients was given when needed by our special diet folks. All in all a great experience. So excited that they're open 7 days a week.
