From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such kindness and positive energy. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. I had my haircut done by the owner, Vero, and she did an amazing job. She is such a sweet, caring person and made me feel comfortable right away. Her staff was equally wonderful--they greeted their clients warmly and created a welcoming environment throughout the salon. It's refreshing to find a business where the owner truly cares about providing excellent customer service and making clients feel valued. She made sure I was comfortable and happy with the style I chose. Natalie, is normally pretty booked, but took care of me even though I was a walk in. Appointments or walk-ins, everyone is welcome. I walk in today, roughly 10 mins before my appt and was told that he went home because he hurt his leg. I told the stylist that he had not called or texted me to cancel so had no idea. I understand things happen but it's his duty to cancel or reschedule with me. You have to respect people's time! I almost rescheduled right then and there but shame on me if I had rescheduled with someone who didn't bother to cancel his appointment with me.
